So today and tomorrow we only get 1 ep/day, and it's likely that they won't release any ep on May 30th ~ June 1st.. If tencent wants to extend the broadcast time until 4 weeks at least give us another promotion activity, like Hi6 maybe😔😔😔
Q for those in the knows.I saw many comments everywhere stated that this drama is low budget they even have to…
Borrowing costumes and set and properties.. it was rumours that came out during the filming period from haters. They also accused TPOB for plagiating that one drama jst bcs they use the same Han Dynasty-style costumes. SZR & LYN filming reuters often got on weibo hotsearchs back then, guess haters don't like seeing their potential lol
Tencent then came out rating TPOB as their S+ project.
I don't understand why this drama hasn't obtain its distribution license almost 1.5 year after completing filming…
No, in January we got the news that Created in China has passed the review, but the broadcast license hasn't been issued yet until now. Passing review doesn't mean the drama gets broadcast license on the same day.
As for TPOB, there's no news whether it's already sent for reviews or not.
they think they invented everything. there's 100s of Chinese web-novels with the same type of scenario it's pretty…
They also accused other dramas like CLJ and Starry Night for copying lltg's costumes, props, and cinematography. Including The Prisoner Of Beauty, they said Xiao Qiao's costumes copied lltg's FL costumes. They think lltg is the first costume drama taking place in Han Dynasty🥲
sometimes (ok a lot of times…😅 i’m already obsessed with this show shjsjsjsjs) i’ll watch clips and behind…
If I'm not mistaken, one of the reasons why zls got so much hates is because she was caught liking yxh's dissing posts about other actresses some years ago with her own account, and it was 3 different actresses. Her fans know how it feels like to see her being attacked bcs of yxhs' posts, and that's also what those actresses' fans felt back then when they saw the hate posts about their idol. As a celebrity, being engaged to yxh and passively involved in bringing damage to fellow female artists obviously brings a bad public image to her.
In the official report last year, the whistleblower also stated that SZE after leaving the company, she established…
"Ms. Song Zuer has been verified by the tax authorities to have no tax evasion and has not been subject to administrative penalties for tax matters." I think that's clear enough to answer your question, and there has never been any credible evidence to prove that she established multiple shell companies and signed fraud contract to commit tax fraud.
Finally a spark of hope for this drama crew and us who have been patiently waiting😭
I want to believe that Song Zuer's studio statements are true because I don't think they would give false statement when they have lost most of the public's trust within this past year. Also, I don't think the tax bureau will send out any statement about her bcs as far as i know they only release public notice/ warning if the alleged person is proven to have commited tax evasion or fraud after investigation. If she didn't commit it then the bureau will not release anything unless her side requesting the tax audit result as evidence in the court. Based on the so-called evidences from the whistleblower, it's revealed that she had "underpaid" tax about ¥2.71M and it even came from the days she was still signed in her ex-company, if it's true then perhaps that's why her studio stated "...solved the issue left by the management in previous company." Again, in my understanding (as former officer of tax bureau in my country), underpaid tax and tax evasion have different definition and factor.
Then, the whistleblower brought up again the issue about her getting the qualification to join the college entrance exam in China through back door because she came from a high school in US. This rumour was initially spread on Dec 2023 but it didn't blown up. From her studio's statement, it seems they also asked the Education Dept to verify since the rumour came out last year.
A year long of investigation does make sense if they actually did tax audit on her financial from 2017-2023, while also waited for the verification from Education Dept and trying to find out/ investigate the whistleblower whose IP is actually in the US🤦♀️
Finally done watching all eps. My overall impression for this season: It has everything to feast our eyes, from the beautiful casts, costumes, and sets which show the higher production value. I am glad the casts are fun to watch together, so it helped me to get through some eps that i found hard to follow. This season also has harder riddles and tricks to solve. But plot wise, i still much prefer S1🥹 We got 30 eps for S1 and it was mind-blowing how each case and character connected to the final main case. It was much more like half suspense/ investigation drama and half variety show. The cases and character's story were also more relatable and believable. I also enjoyed it more bcs the suspects/culprit aren't limited to the main casts, but also NPCs, so we got to see the casts work together like a team to interrogate them.
Nevertheless, i still enjoyed this season. Good job to all the casts, especially Liu Yuning. I love his energy to alwys brighten up the mood and being the "unofficial" MC who gather all the casts' thoughts and led them to move forward (except in dark place). He's an introvert as well, so i think it must be tiring for him but i can also see he had so much fun in this season! If he joins the next season I'll definitely watch it, but hope it'll have better plot.

First trailer: bloody comedy
I can't wait for the whole drama now😆
I also want to praise Li Yitong and Liu Yuning bcs their on-site original voices already sound pleasing to the ears and convincing.
