First impressions after watching 4 eps:
The plot is quite fast pacing, lots of ppl die already, and the main characters have moved from one city to another.
Investigation and treasure hunt are a nice combo, action scenes are nicely choreographed!
Lastly, liu yuning with beard😆 too bad it only lasted for 2 eps😂

It's indeed like semi drama, S1 was mindblowing enough bcs from ep 1 until ep 30 , each case and some characters are intertwined to make bigger final plot it even made me goosebumps😅 So i hope in terms of plot, they will keep up the good work in S2 or make it even better🙌

Initially watching this for Liu Yuning, but i found myself enjoying this drama and not even dare to skip the others' part (except Xiu-Ning's loveline) as im afraid missing important details from their talks. I like the dark cinematic aesthetic too, simple but still captivating to see. Hope we get more fight scenes in later episodes, and are we going to get orcs, snake race, also elves??? Its about time to see the fantasy element in the drama😂😂
