I vaguely recognized the Mom actress, until I read your comment.
Yes, Wen Zheng Rong didn't act in LLTG, but in the series Spirit Matchmaker-Red Moon Pact, in the roles of Shi Ji/Black Fox. In the case of LLTG, actress Zeng Li plays the role of Cheng Shaoshang's (Zhao Lusi) mother. Wen Zheng Rong is spectacular in this series, TG, in the role of RXW, despite the little screen time, the impact she causes is amazing.
Someone commented here that there is a HE in the novel. Let's see if the series will reproduce this HE...
You're welcome! You're right. Lately, productions have been changing important details and the ending of consacrated novels. An example of this is the series KMLM, which started off brilliantly and then became a disaster from the middle onwards, losing the plot and the leads, and with a frustrating ending. The ending of TSoPG was also frustrating. I'm loving TG. I started watching it without any expectations and was surprised by a very well-written series, with an engaging plot that, in addition to offering an efficient test of the nerves, brings beautiful messages, such as resilience, friendship, loyalty, and compassion. The resumption of maternal ties, which was a filial issue, gained dimension by becoming a symbol and path in the fight for justice. I agree with you that the plot of TG has everything to have a HE!
This drama was simply delightful to watch! It had everything, from good acting, exquisite makeup and clothing,…
I just read your comment on my text "Who is Shou Hua, First Lady Li", to which I will respond as soon as I comment here. I loved what you write here (and what you wrote there, in the Discussions section). In just a few words, you analyze and evaluate with justice and propriety this wonderful series that leaves us with much longing. It is a great pleasure to read your comment and I agree so much with all the points you mention here that I sign under these precise and sensitive words.
Finally finished Shou Hua and Du Yang Xi's story arc. This couple was one of my most anticipated couple, I thought…
You provide a fair, sensitive, in-depth, enlightening analysis. It's a well-crafted and well-founded text, it took work for you to write and share with everyone here. Don't let this work be lost, it is valuable for users looking for information and clarification. This couple was the most controversial and the most criticized. Precisely because of this complexity, they were greatly misunderstood in their behavior and intentions. It would be wonderful if you added this text to the Discussions section: it's perfect as it is, just copy and paste it there.
In case you want an explanation regarding DYX's actions, here's a comment I had written previously on this topic.…
You should put this very enlightening text in the Discussions section. It's very useful, there are always a lot of doubts about DYX's attitudes and personality. As a couple, DYX and SH are the most, if not the only, criticized among couples. The basis of these criticisms is related, on the one hand, to a mistaken view of the facts and, on the other, to the mistaken interpretation of their behavior in relation to the facts. The SH and DYX couple is the most heterogeneous among the couples, because they both have a monastic, austere, discreet aura, typical of their erudite profile. The other couples are more "pop", easier to assimilate.
I'm happy that you didn't give up on this brilliant series, produced with a high artistic and cultural level.…
You are so sensitive and subtle! Your words about Shou Hua moved me, they are absolutely lyrical.I copied your words like another poem that decorates life. You have a clear poetic spark in your heart. You will like Li Bai, my favorite, affectionately called the ‘Wine Poet’, just like the Persian poet I also love, Omar Khayyan (look for Rubaiyat). I want to mention another Persian poet, Rumi, whose main work is The Masnava. You will love these poets! Maybe you didn't realize the poetic beauty of your words. Don't let them get lost here. Copy, expand into a complete poem. I took the liberty of copying it to highlight it below this message, as if it were the last bar of a Renaissance madrigal...

Hi, Mcmr! It's really a great pleasure that you liked the text. Everything I write, I do with love, I'm a professor of Art History, Music History, Aesthetics, research is the air I breathe. I have a great admiration for Asian civilization, especially China. My love is so deep that I'm studying Mandarin. I'm a lover of Chinese poetry, of Li Bai, Du Fu, Wang Wei. Any and all quotes that are made in the series (literary works, music, poets, philosophers, painters), I research and download. I have one book published (script for a Virtual Reality game) and three books (poetry) in the process of being revised. Writing is my passion. You gave me so much joy. I placed this text in the Discussions section with the title "Who is Shou Hua, First Lady Li", because I think she is very misunderstood and I consider that, on a human level, she is the most beautiful character in the series. I expanded the text with other arguments. I'd be happy if you give your opinion there. If you are interested, take a look at this article I wrote "The Presence of Arts in The Double". I sign the text and Cho Na, MDL writer, signs the design and the preliminary edition. The link is below, but you can also read in the "Articles" section of the MDL. Thank you so much!
