No offense to Victor Ma, but if a company is going to invest a huge amount of money, they are not going to bank on a 'unknown' actor as the main lead. Bai Jing Ting has enough fans and is known as a good actor, I think they made the right choice.

Yes I don't usually watch J-drama because I find the characters too close to reality with all their flaws, but I needed a break from the c-drama unrealistic 30 years old virgin MLs who only ever have eyes for the FL. Do you have any recommendations for good J-dramas?

That's what I was thinking. She just got cleared of any crimes so it was unlikely that it would air right away…
With these strict regulations, I say sooner rather than later if it got it's distribution license already. Some dramas even got pulled even after showing a few episodes. I'm still bitter The Emperor's Love didn't get aired even after getting their license.

I only watched the first 3 episodes but kind of disappointed that I read the ML was in love with the FL the whole time. I was so hoping that they didn't have feelings during high school years and only start having feeling in the present as adults. I can't count the number of dramas I've watched lately with the same ML in love with FL in high school/college and have never confessed. So disappointed, another one with the same storyline...

Agree with this. The SML got more screen time towards the end but no way was his screen time more than the ML. Not even half. Maybe his character was super annoying, that's why his presence was felt more.

Won't it make sense to air it right away incase she gets banned indefinitely? I'm sure it's more costly if the drama were to be shelved, just like the case with YBY's dramas.

Your guess is good as mine. They did show them kissing in bed and cut. With c-drama, most times, it's not cut and dried. I remember, in some dramas, the FL thought she might be pregnant or she was pregnant, and we the audience had to guess when they did it lol
