So true, for such a compassionate and emotional person like CY, it has to be draining to be a family/marriage lawyer. I think that's why ML is so good at his job. Maybe that's why they need each other to balance it out :-)

Oh definitely not as fun. A lot of dialogues got lost in translation but I got the gist of it to get by. What I really hate is the misused pronouns. I might rewatch in Viki if I need to understand fully.

I think as a newbie, you take what you get! Yes, maybe when you're more established you can pick and choose you cases. As a new employee, sometimes you have to fight to get on a case so for her to refuse one, the boss would take it as not good work ethic and might not assign cases to her until she proves herself.

There were some comments about the ML's unlikable behaviour but I agree there was more tolerance for MLs obnoxious behaviors than FL's . I was actually ok with her until episode 11 where she can't even stand up to that man in the park accusing her dog for raping his. I really question her capability as a lawyer when she has to be saved once again by the ML. Then the unprofessional behaviour at the office with the mistress case and how she brokedown and cried infront of all her coworkers. Let's hope she has some character growth. ML as well, that he becomes more likable and kinder.

I was on the FL side in the beginning due to her being a rookie lawyer but I don't think she's suited at being a lawyer. She's not professional and being way too emotional. She cries at work and let her coworkers baby her. She is a grown ass woman. She has alot to learn if she wants to be a capable lawyer who can think straight and make rational decisions.

The short series I've watched recently in youtube with hot kisses - Extremely perilous love, Forever love, My everlasting bride. There were many but I forgot the names lol.

Because we are impatient lol. I understand a little bit of Mandarin and just needed the bad sub to help understand.

I watched on youtube. It's weird that they blurred the kiss scene on episode 9. Wonder why? so many web dramas had way hotter kiss scenes.

There was actually a kiss in the novel when she fell in the water. The usually CPR kiss when the ML saves the FL. But it wasn't in the drama. Maybe because it makes sense they would have life jackets on.

I didn't force anything on anyone. The person didn't feel any chemistry because there was no romance yet. I feel the chemistry between them even without the romance. Did I force the person to see it my way?

I agree with this but she was 20 at the time and her 1st love, easily influenced by her parents. Of course she love him as she think was love and 10 years is a long time...habits are hard to break, especially bad ones. That's why she puts up with him always standing her up and putting her last because she was used to this and being always understanding.

That's your opinion. I didn't find their interaction cringy. I enjoyed their banter and interactions and find them cute together.

oh I'm on episode 20 so I'm not there yet. The ex-wife is so manipulative. Wasn't she the one who left him? Now she wants to use her child to exploit his weakness. Shameless.

Yes, so shameless to ask her kid to call someone 'dad', just because he was your ex-husband and have this idea that he can be a substitute father for the boy. It was weird too since I believe that was the 1st time ZJ met the little boy. Why was he so attached to him when they only met a couple of times and asking him to be at his birthday and making birthday wishes about him?
