Why is every drama portraying women having their period like it's the end of the world? Maybe I'm the odd one but my period has never stopped me from doing daily life activities and eat/drink whatever I want to. I never had anyone carry me because it's so painful I couldn't walk. SMH

Oh I missed that they got married. I thought she said something about holding the wedding banquet after the twins are born. In China, it's quite confusing - everyone calling each other brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-law without even actually being related that way.

What's more illogical is the promo ice-cream shop offering free ice-cream for people to kiss!?? WTH and it's not even Valentine day or something. Maybe the owner must have a fetish for watching couples kiss...

Episode 9: What school will allow an unauthorized person to take a kid out of their school?? how irresponsible with all the kidnapping and such. Why would the FL go and pick up a kid you met once and not informing the mom and verify with her? Also to take him to get ice-cream? I would never give food/candy to a kid unless I know them and aware of their allergies. So illogical and irresponsible.

Ok I guess this is not for you. It didn't bother me much of everything that you've mentioned. I've been watching too many dramas so plot holes, coincidences, over the top exaggerations and nick of time saving unfazed me. I've seen worse. I find it funny and I don't take it too seriously. I'm enjoying it for now...I'm watching for the romance so hoping it would start soon.

Are you watching without sub/ bad sub? I don't think her friend is a lawyer. Her friend is not married yet, just living with the bf and she she got pregnant. They are planning to get married after the babies are out. She quit her job to become a stay at home mom. He cheated on her and I guess she freaked out/ went psycho on them with the investigation/ sending pics to the mistress workplace and now the mistress is going to sue her. Now she's so depressed and devastated, she drank and attempted suicide. I guess some people are just weak and can't handle a big blow. It happens... people do stupid things when they fell into distress.

I think it's also because her ex has been harassing her - waiting for her at her home, getting people to follow her, taking pics etc. so she didn't want him involved in the mess.

Yes I think it's more toxic with Chinese dramas because of the fans. It's considered mild here but in mainland China, it's crazy toxic I heard. People criticizing on the actors' look, age, body etc. Lots of fanwars going on. The sad thing is, Chinese law are super strict with censorship and bans so I really feel for the actors/actress. One tiny wrong move and their whole career is over.

Were you watching without sub? His mom followed him in the building and I guess she figured out which apartment. It's not a high class building so no front door person and security is lacking, I supposed. There wasn't even elevator in the building. The door wasn't shut properly. She said that.

I think they just hate her. CXX looks older for his age so I think they matched age wise in this drama. In the Long Ballad, wasn't Dilraba like 8-9 years older than Leo Wu. I don't remember people hating on her for being alot older.
