I liked it. Intelligent dialogue and likable main leads. It's a refreshing change from all the vertical dramas I've been watching lol

He's not that bad. I hate that girl Huang Yue more. She's always trying to get everyone's pity and never take responsibility for her actions.

HLD is so good. I liked her in 2nd main roles like this and in AJTL. I didn't like her in any of the main role dramas. This is the first time I've watched the ML and he's really good, not like a newbie.

Ep 9: The ML is too funny: "My intelligence allows me to spout nonsense with a straight face". I wish I have that talent lol

This is the weakest ML ever. I really don't like ML's character. He heard the foster father tried to rape the FL and he did NOTHING. Everyone and his dog were bullying the FL and he did NOTHING to the abusers. I have never seen such a weak ML EVER.

What is even more illogical is the grandmother blaming the FL for the ML's car accident. Is she supposed to be with him 24-7 and how is she to prevent a car accident?? Is she GOD?

In the beginning, it was so obvious the 2FL pushed the FL down the stairs and she lost the baby. Why is the FL not held her accountable, but instead she blamed her husband because he wasn't with her. That's just so illogical.

This was unexpectedly good. I started last night and binged 6 episodes until 2am. I liked that all the candidates felt like real people and there were no over-the-top, cartoonish villains. The mains were likable and I actually liked Yan Fei. Even though she is rich, she is not spoiled and entitled.

I get that they were trying to show how open they were with same-sex relationship but what if it was her sister, I wonder if she would have the same reaction.

So she is ok knowing the man she had sex with is supposedly in love with her brother??! That was such a weird reaction, that she is giddy that he might become her "brother-in-law". Her reaction turned me off so much.

I was in stitches over the kidnapping scene lol

Deng Ling Shu's best role ever. She was so hilarious. One of the funniest vertical drama I've seen. So many LOL moments.

The romance is a bit force though. He changed his hairstyle and all of a sudden she was in love with him, when she hasn't thought of him that way for 13 years!? pretty unrealistic to me. If it hasn't happened in her formative years, not very likely that she falls in love with him when she's 27.

It's a cultural thing. You'll be surprised with the number of Asian mothers who still want to control their sons even in their 40s, and filial piety is drilled into kids at a very young age.
