The drama has below 8 here. How is that overhyped lol. Every run off the mill drama gets 8+ here
Socmed๐คฆโโ๏ธ And again, rating isn't about hyping. Have you never seen a series or movies with low ratings on sites like you mentioned but is over hyped by other viewers on social media platforms?
Again, you shouldn't use MDL and rating sites as basis for what is hyped. Or maybe you should learn the difference between "overrated" and "over hyped?
I don't think its overhyped. If you are in the right mood and like this type of shows, like I do, it was jackpot.…
Believe it or not but I love these kind of shows - that's probably why my standard is high and seeing the hype and praise that this drama receives made my expectations high - unfortunately I was really disappointed.
It was just okay. I honestly think this was overhyped. Just one of those movies that tries to be woke by making the MC look like a victim - all because of her looks. They failed to let her know that not every good looking people gets love, not everyone gets their dream come true. Even if if she is pretty if it's not meant for you then you won't have it. MC ignores the "not so good looking" coworker but tried so hard to be with that man she deemed as perfect. But gets depressed when the same thing is done to her. This could be interesting take but they tried so hard to make the MC look like a victim when she's not. And then a lot of things happened. It felt overly convoluted. Too messy as well.
It would've been better if this movie became about the MC finally learning to love herself. Instead of all these dramas.
I barely manage to finish episode 5 because it was so boring.
Then the main antagonist - has that cringey plot armor. She was old and doesn't know many things but somehow became a fighter that could fool everyone, the police, hard to kill.
Cinematography, is great. But the execution of the story was definitely bad. It made the series look extremely boring!!
It doesn't help that the characters didn't have chemistry - FL the girl was too child like while ML acts like those hermit granpa(except he was young looking) - so it's just really too off to see them together.
I love XZ but this character is just not for him. FL was just okay but the dubbing is annoying at times.
I loved Xiao Zhan in The Untamed too. It's like he's a different person now. BTS in the Untamed he was relaxed…
Totally agree. But I honestly think he changed after that 227 accident. I didn't understand it before but seeing how harsh cancel culture in China is, I totally understand. He probably lost that confidence he had back then. Or just being careful not to annoy anyone.
But he really need to choose good characters.
I think bad boy characters suits him more.
His acting in Joy of Life was good. His acting in Oh my Emperor was good.
I just watched it. It was okay. But can someone explain the ending? It felt like Fujiwara was actually really in love with Hideko and he actually really wanted to save her? I think he actually knows that Tamako and Hideko were in love with each other?
I do not know what to feel about this yet I think I will need to rewatch it again to really get the feels... I just felt that it was underwhelming. I mean if I am to compare it to season 1 where the entire thing was thrilling, full of mystery... season 2 felt a bit rash or didn't live to what I expect at least.
i do not like the drama either, i feel like it's very stereotypical. however the fact that you said, "I just...…
You are capable of love. However I just do not like how they portrayed that love scene, if it was properly executed or developed it wouldn't look as uncomfortable. I have seen a drama with similar set up, yet they were able to make the whole story romantic. It has a proper development and story.
his personality is indeed kinda annoying. but hes good looking so people dont perceive him to be that annoying.…
This^^ I think if someone else was casted as Yohan, he will be really annoying. I thimk it did help that Eun Woo was so charming so it decreased the annoying part

The "pretty" Mo Mi after plastic surgery
The adult Mo Mi - after timeskip

It was cheesy. Cringey.

You may find it cute or adorable but some people isn't into that.

And I am not liking the FL... I don't know... is it just bad acting or just boring character or both.
As a fan of Kim Nam Gil, I can say.. this character isn't just for him...hopefully it will improve on season 2
