I started watching it soon after it aired mainly for Yang Zi and the plot, but then the drama itself totally got me hooked right away - it's a real gem! So refreshing and nice & fluffy and I simply LOVE it :D

What I like the most is that ML & FM are both equals in their respective fields. He's a legendary CTF player and a CEO while she is a popular singer as well as a rather genius computer programmer.
ML is not an asshole and while the FL is naive where romance is concerned she stands her ground when needed.

Now I'm eagerly awaiting sub and watch each ep as soon as it's released raw even though don't understand 95% of it ;P

Seriously? I've seen Fu Yao and have about 10 eps left for Snow Tower, yet not once did it remind me of Fuyao.

That is indeed the question. My first thought was that it's either one of the 3 - Eunsom, Saya or Tanya. I guess we'll know only at the end ;D

Damn, after the last ep of S2, September is too damn far!!! The excitement!!!! :D

The ending for ep 6....omg, this drama is freaking fantastic!!! The excitement!!!! The perfect execution!!!! It's like the best adrenaline rush ever!! :D

First 2 eps seemed good, even if some stuff did annoy me, hopefully it will improve.

I watched this and and at first I really did love it, but when he slept with the FL's sister...I then hated it so much that considered dropped it.
Only continued to watch it by skipping cuz I wanted to see him succeed in his revenge.
Other than my personal hate for that one thing, the lakorn really was kinda good.

While I do love c-dramas, but I have to agree - Story of MingLan stands apart from the rest of them, it is it's own kind of amazing! Love it soooo much and yeah, have re-watched already twice :D

But you really did manage to pick, in my opinion, actors who would indeed portray these
roles quite well in a k-drama remake.

Had the exact same thought - it has tragedy tag...am I truly capable of investing my time in a drama & loving it only to have my heart torn to pieces in the end?
Have done so plenty of times and I really do want to watch this...but the sorrow...I might need some time for recovery before I dive into this one to then become a sad pile of misery again.

Nice, I've been waiting ages for smt similar to Love O2O aka college romance with gaming and I've finally found it! :D
