What the hell is it with these modern day sequels to historical/fantasy dramas? Like, seriously? WHY? They could make new dramas or make sequels that actually make sense & are needed! Sigh, not even interested to give it a try
Saw the 3 subbed episodes and couldn't resist - watched all the raw there is up to ep 26 - I'm completely hooked :D
P.S. anyone know the author & title for the novel? I'd love to read it....if it's translated XD And those who have read - please do spoil me - does the novel end in tragedy? Or for once we can get a happy ending?
I'm also of those people who are reluctant to drop dramas, thou lately I have improved and started dropping 'em. For me the main reason of being reluctant to drop is that no matter how shitty something might be, I still want to know what happens and how it ends. Even if it drives me mad with annoyance. Curiosity is a fearsome thing indeed. If the plot/acting/whatever fails to interest me...I'll drop it. Or watch it with skipping. I've found out that for me with those dramas that I'm considering dropping, I might finish it with skipping - it let's me know whether either to truly drop it or maybe continue watching properly some episodes later. Also, with skipping I can still know all the important things that went down and thus even if the drama failed to keep me entertained it will satisfy that tiny bit of my curiosity and let me know what went down & how it ended. Heh XD Another thing that helps me from dropping dramas is that since I've been watching 'em for some years now, I'm familiar with each countries dramas, the many varied types they have so it makes easier for me to know whether I even want to truly watch the drama. Thus there are less & less dramas for me to drop since I tend to pick ones I'm unlikely to drop. But yeah, if it still turns out to be disappointing despite initial goodness, either drop it or watch with skipping. Works for me ^^
Goodbye my princess got licensed in Viki!!!https://www.viki.com/tv/36177c-goodbye-my-princess
well, it's awesome that they got it, but now remains the question of whether it will be available in my country, because, sadly, they have quite A LOT dramas not available for me T___________________T
I wonder just how many years I have been waiting for this already...have forgotten the count by now...and just how many more will get added to it...sigh
I've seen some clips on YT (for example, this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzxtriPZZAA ) and gotta say - so far, so good! Dylan seems to be doing just fine as Ning Que! SO EXCITED! :D
In the comments below notaVIP also posted a link to training clip of Dylan - Dylan aka Ning Que looks cool enough to me ;)
The 2nd season is going to be the next generation aka spin-off from the children in season 1
sigh, probably not gonna watch it then. I think they also made a sequel for Legend of Zu where also children are the main leads and not a scene can be seen of the original main leads. Oh well, if the plot itself and production will be good, we'll see how it goes
Thank you for letting me know!
Now to keep our fingers crossed that the drama will stick to it ^^
