Wow I will watch this. Do you also know any where the female lead dies defending her country? The only one I can think of Meg Ryan in courage under fire…
Wish there was more hype for this. I prefer this to the queen of tears one which I am suspecting will be very cliche in a big budget k drama way. This one fascinates me a lot.

Sounds like a good one, but does it end in tragedy? I prefer if female lead dies, don’t like movies etc where male lead dies. Hamesha mard hi kyoon Qurbani dein jaan ki. Aur phir baaqi zindagi aurton ko tanhai aur dukh ke saath gawaani padti hai.

I liked ok chanmi I’m glory a lot, here she was just ok. My favourite was the white haired girl. My second favourite was Lomon. She was too cool and the way she handled the problems.,, I wish we got more of her,,,

I think it was bad too. We don’t know what happens to him and he is the protagonist. I like open endings but this felt incomplete. Also like a said a bit callous on the part of the writer to treat brain cancer so carelessly. The second protagonist, the girl with the white hair we did not see any more. We only got closure for ok chan mi, who was my least favourite character in the show.
I'm not a fan of the female lead but I'm thinking of watching this drama 😭 is it worth it?
In my humble opinion if you have an intrinsic bias against an actor who will have at least 40 percent screen time, you should avoid watching a show. There are plenty of other shows to watch. Otherwise you will be just a needless hater finding faults 1) her makeup looks awful 2) her acting is bad 3) she looks old etc etc. we humans are allowed to have emotions driving opinions. I love this drama but I will still urge people with bias to not watch it
So it seems our Eun Ho is not the Buffon he pretends to be. We saw flashes of his personality in EP 4 when he came to kiss female lead. Damn, the director, writer and Lomon are good. They had dropped a nugget for us (foreshadowing) in EP 4 itself. I love it when book and show creators do this. The female lead with her fear and anxiety attack in ep 16, amazing acting. It’s felt so real it was almost like Kim Ji Eun ceased to exist and became the female lead herself. I felt so bad for her character lonely, literal demons hounding her, being prickly and friendless and pushing people away. It’s sad her character. These two lomon and Kim Ji Eun are so amazing actors. Lomon has been doing a lot of shows, I wish she did more.
How is that even important in this drama. She is not the female lead in it’s ok not to be ok, who has to look…
My point is why does she have to look more glamorous. She looks already very pretty to me. She has this adorable side dimple when she talks and her look with the tie and the jumpsuit is good. But she does not have the contouring or the HD effect makeup with tone matching which you may expect for a more glamorous role. That’s the whole point of this drama. Conversely sometimes I would also not like if a character is made intentionally drab like the female lead in crash course in romance. I don’t have a beef with Soo Ye Ji, but I felt that the lookism was apparent in that drama. There is a scene where she asks her friends mom why you being nice and to me, and the mom says “because you are too pretty”.
the make up artist for the female lead deserves jail time.
How is that even important in this drama. She is not the female lead in it’s ok not to be ok, who has to look like a glam doll. She is a no nonsense girl, who just wants to look like a girl boss. It’s perfectly suited. Even the male lead who when is So Eun Ho, looks like an ajusshi.
Lomon is so versatile. I saw him in all of us dead and revenge of others… all serious. And now he is able to do campy comedic scenes too along with romance. That shows range. We have so many k drama male leads who are super good looking but can’t act that this is a welcome change. I really like the female lead. She is awesome. She is not afraid to look manly or less than pretty is scenes. I just wish she was more on social media or did more shows, since she has not done many other than one with Lee Joong Gi and one with Nam Goong Min.
I haven't even see it yet, but that's kind of a lame interpretation. imo.. If you lover was dressed in a costume,…
Exactly. Which is why people stick with their partners even after accident and physical disfigurement and also auto immune diseases where they physically transform into something else totally.
I think the famous 17 retakes of all of us are dead kiss scene was mainly due to cho yi hyun. Cause man can Lomon…
Cho yi Hyun is a bit like an Asian aunty. She is an amazing actress. When she turns into a zombie, the way her neck twists was amazingly acted. The way she leaps out of buildings was amazing too. But romantic scenes are awful. The drama with Rowoon was also the same, acting is amazing but when romantic scenes appear they get awkward. Some Korean actress are like that. Which is why they should appear in non romantic genre like Kim Tae Ri (but the thing is though Kim Tae ri does less Romantic shows she is actually quite good at them such as handmaiden and 2521).
Lol wtf was that kiss. How can someone kiss very passionately to their own bodies 🤣🤣
I guess I don’t want to say this but anyways. The same way people do stuff to themselves. Also, they are kind of too attached to each other so this is kind of a natural conclusion
Yupp I was loving this drama so far but episodes 11,12,13 were not so great. A lot of filler episodes. This new…
I think it’s the view format. When they break apart episodes like that each episode has to end in a cliffhanger to provide a hook for the audience. That sacrifices some character development. I am still liking this drama and I think binge watching this will be more satisfactory since we will be able to experience the arcs better
