I have learnt it the hard way. The thing I do, is that I watch the first four episodes to check if the drama is good. Once I do the quality deck I disappear until the 16 episode. Kdrama authors I swear are inspired by 19th century authors and melancholic Russian authors, so you can expect shocking tragedies at the last moment and also weird moralistic values where the female lead forgives all. So yes I am disappearing now until mid June.

That’s an Indian movie. Pati parmeshwar hota hai 🤦‍♀️. If they showed anything different Indians would be up in the arms. This is a Korean drama and I am hopeful the end would be different

Guys busaba is so much better than this. The relationship is healthy the leads talk and have an expressed their feeling earlier. Plus even though there is a time lapse the leads communicate. This drama and the end is absolutely awful

Yeah it’s horrible. At least the first guy was in coma. This guy just up and left. I would literally kick out a guy like this who ghosted me for two whole years. Life is too short to be wasted on men like this. Due to this two loser men she literally spent a decade alone. But this point she should realise it’s better to be alone than to be with men like these

I am one 😊. Since I am in my mid to late thirties. And yes when I look back it’s guys like these who are better than guys who are “I am great and moral. I will make all decisions for you. You are an idiot for going after good looking men while I myself will only and only pursue super beautiful girls. But I am moral you see”

That’s why he is the right one. He is shown to experience character growth. I would rather have a man who is self aware and improving than a moralising “I am great” guy. Trust me on this. I have met many insufferable men in my circle, their forties and fifties and thirties who are painful to live with. Their partners usually get tired since they are always so particular. It’s better to work at a relationship with someone who knows they are flawed and willing to work toward it.

People like Jae On actually change. I say this because he was becoming more self aware of his actions. And he also realised people talk shit about him behind his back and he was visibly shown getting tired of running away.
Morally righteous people don’t change since they don’t self reflect. To them “I am good and everyone else is bad.” This was the second male lead who was extremely judgmental and judgmental people become more hard hearted with age. Age hardens people sometimes,
The female lead is essentially the one longing for freedom since she was tired of always berating her own mom. I think as artists their lives will not be linear like non artists people and that’s fine. That’s where all the artistic creativity comes from.
To me it felt like nabi and park Jae on will have an on off relationship for a few years they would produce amazing art and both would stay together or move on it depends.

I think you are right. But I also want to express my feeling about how angry it makes me feel when people say such toxic stuff about actresses. By saying we must not speculate (I agree with it actually) we are brushing the larger issue which is that many young adults in this industry will find it hard. We all will express our own feeling when we hear a bad news, for me it’s a mixture of both anger and sadness and I am aware that many will feel only sadness.

I am not speculating. I am providing a discourse on the toxic environment the media people live in. I think we as netizens should take direct responsibility for causing deaths of actors due to our own insecurities and making very negative comments about them online. That’s what I am doing.

I am not surprised. With the way people go after actresses like vultures in front of camera. people tear apart how they look like, ageism is rampant (see how the lead actress was derided because she was 50). Any actress would be insecure after they turn 25 since 35 is not so far away.
Behind the camera the politics is even worse. I mean I am sure people like Harvey Weinstein exist everywhere.
I am just surprised more don’t do so… this is a vicious and toxic world.
