Exactly. I have seen it all. Men will stalk and chase after girls they find pretty and abuse and curse girls they don’t find pretty. I stay in south east Asia and have been to Korea many times. All the women are pressured to stay super slim, fair and beautiful while the men just laze about and eat lots of food and don’t care about appearance at all. This type of dis balance is disturbing. So much women try to kill themselves trying to crash diet etc… they also mock menopausal women as being “ajoommaas” and hence someone to make fun off… I actually prefer the Islamic cultures in the south East Asian region where I stay because no one other than your husband has any right to say how you look, women are actually free to eat as much as they want. Most Malaysian and Indonesian women I have seen have very healthy body image and match their husbands well (meaning their husbands are of similar ages and match them in looks).

Agree 100 💯… we should also go for the same traits in men that they look for us. If they are ok with us being plain we should also be likewise. If the inside that matters, then the judging yardstick should be the same for both the genders.
How is this news of any consequence or importance. Who are they and it’s their private lives. It’s not even gossip which is fun to read (ethically questionable to read gossip I know).

This drama help overcome my obsession with branding in Seongsu so I am in the same boat as you. But that drama finished airing so thankfully I am only following one drama real time.

Saying something is cliche is not a bad thing in itself … for example one of the most cliched author is Sara J Maas and her books are cliche. But I still love them. I literally paid GBP 100 to acquire a special edition of her book a book that everyone said is cliche. Even I say it’s cliche and I still love that book. To me it is a cliche drama since it reminds me of many dramas that have become popular.
They both look too old for these parts. I just can't see her as a high school girl.
She is not meant to look young. She is an older disabled soul in the body of a younger woman. Don’t you think her life experiences will be weighing down on her. She is just not the same soul. I think it’s great creators did that instead of a silly 18 year old girl giggling away to glory. This is a 15 year older woman who has known a life of hardships… every single scene you can see she keeps matching her past with her present… she is also racing against time since she wants to save the guy and that is also a very anxious state to be in. She is not going to be that ditsy giggly girl rocking a school skirt…it’s just not that type of a drama. During my school time classmates who faced hardships or who faced bereavements such as loss of parents actually used to look a lot older than us… life events age you the most it’s not the number of years lived per se.

What is with Koreans and poop jokes. I am hypersensitive and when that scene with the plunger was on screen I almost fainted. I know most people won’t understand but people with sensory issues can get affected with such things.

I like the steady increase of money that stocks provide. 😊. With inheritance or award money such as lottery 1/3 to 1/2 goes to government as windfall or capital gains tax. I know it’s super cliche. But first thing I am gonna do as a time travelling person is buy Google, apple stocks and bitcoins. Then I will worry about other stuff. Also force parents to make that down payment for a house.
Loving this drama. I hope the male lead lives and I also hope she remains disabled but I hope they give a twist like she becomes super successful and well love by people. I am not a sadist but I hope that’s how it pans out since we need more disability rep. I stay in Singapore and we have a few disabled Olympic medalists. The SG government also keeps promoting inclusivity and I think that’s so important. Especially for women, since women keep hearing they have no worth to society if they are not beautiful, young or able bodied…
