Well, after so many years of watching K-dramas and C-dramas, I've become completely delulu. 😂 I really want them to be each other's first and only in every way—for love, kisses, and physical intimacy. I don't want either of them to have other romantic or intimate partners like in the novel.
The drama version is just too beautiful to bring in third parties. Especially after they kissed, please... no other lovers.

Three years ago, I discovered K-dramas because I couldn't stand watching Western shows anymore. I've watched hundreds of dramas since then, and I agree that lately, especially K-dramas, seem to be adding more and more Western themes. I'm honestly worried they're going to ruin K-dramas.

What??? Drama adaptations almost never follow the novel exactly, so I really hope they don't go with this stupid "getting back with the ex" storyline.

If she gets back with the ex, I'm done watching ongoing dramas. This one started so well, but they are dragging out the romance between the leads for way too long.

And honestly, I can't stand watching her with the ex. He cheated on her and left her. What is there to go back to? Was she really that stupid in the novel? I seriously hope she rejects him in ep 32, especially after those previews of him visiting her in the hospital.

I just watched the preview for ep 32, and they're still not together. This slow burn is way too slow. At this rate, we're only getting about three eps of them actually being a couple. 😟
I just hope the ending is at least satisfying, with a wedding and all that.

Completely agree. What a weak and unsatisfying ending. HE, but 0 romance. I skipped most of the scenes. I'm sorry I paid for Express. It was a complete waste of my money.

Well, the ML got jealous and stopped the FL from getting to know another guy in the elevator, yet he still didn't leave the bar during that second date in ep 20.

That's the last episode I've watched so far. I'm following it on Viki, so I'm one day behind the WeTV release.

He even agreed to a second date in ep 20. He knew exactly why she was there, and he still didn't leave right away. Sorry, but that's slippery behavior.
He keeps sending signals to the FL while going on dates with other women. I don't see how that's supposed to be romantic.

If they wanted to show that he was thinking about the FL, that blind date should have ended right there. But it didn't as he didn't give a clear no to a second date or to trying her cooking.

The ex is also thinking about the FL while he's with the other woman. Sure, the ML didn't go that far, but he still went on a date with someone else even though he kept saying he was in love with the FL.

What was that blind date in ep 15? Why did the ML even agree to it? He spent the previous episodes telling himself that he's in love with the FL. If that's true, then why go on a blind date in the first place?

He should have left immediately, but instead he stayed, agreed to a second date, and even agreed to try that woman's cooking. I'm a little disappointed, to be honest. It feels like he's "nice" to every woman. I wanted to see him give a clear and definite no—not only to that blind date, but also to any future dates.

How many exes are we talking about here? 😂 If the ML has no exes while the FL has more than one, I'm probably going to skip this one.

Our Universe was a horror show for me. It felt like the FL wanted both the ML and the SML, and I can't stand that kind of love triangle.


In Dynamite Kiss and Positively Yours, it was crystal clear that the FL had no romantic feelings for the SML. There was never any doubt about who she loved.


What annoys me about Dynamite Kiss is that they could have given us such a great second couple, but instead they completely wasted that storyline.

That's exactly why I switched to short dramas and vertical dramas.🙂. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I like handsome, powerful MLs who actually have plenty of screen time and play an important role in the story. 😀 What's even more frustrating is that many of these long dramas are heavily marketed using the ML, only for him to be practically nowhere to be seen when it matters most.

It's not available in my country either. I'm still hoping that Viki or Netflix will pick it up. Otherwise, I might give the MangoTV app a try, although I'm not sure whether their English subtitles have improved enough yet.

An average show overall. By the end, the ML was barely present, and I ended up skipping most of the final episodes because of it.

Honestly, I'm getting tired of these "independent, strong general" FLs while the MLs are reduced to sidelined characters just to make the FL seem like the only competent person in the story. I'd much rather see both leads portrayed as capable and strong, working together as a team while being deeply in love and devoted to each other.
