Episode 1 was so-so, but after episode 2 I can say it’s really funny top tier humor. There’s a bit of drama too, and maybe some romance will come later.

I had high hopes for this drama. Sadly, it’s one of many recent dramas where the FL doesn’t love the ML as much as he loves her, and I really hate that. Please, C-dramas and K-dramas, bring back FLs who are loving, caring, and loyal—not just MLs like that.

I don’t understand the low rating. The first two episodes were pretty good, and I really like both leads.

What kind of love triangle? The kind where it’s clear the FL only loves the ML and the SML’s feelings are one-sided, or the Our Universe type of triangle where the FL plays both the ML and the SML? I can’t go through another Our Universe–style love triangle again. 😂

Overall, it wasn’t the worst show. I skipped quite a few scenes, but that’s just me. However, the story wasn’t engaging enough to make up for the lack of romance.

A terrible FL. On a Saturday, she chose to go out with the SML instead of spending the day with Woo Joo. What she did at the end of episode 10 was far too little, far too late. She only needs a baby-sitter and a housekeeper. From the ep 11 preview, it looks like she’s still leading the SML on and hasn’t clarified the situtation. I can’t wait for this show to end so I can erase it from my mind. I’ll never watch anything by this writer again, and I doubt I’ll watch this actress either, after this and Crushology.

I also hate love triangles. They’re completely unnecessary and add nothing to the plot. Most of the time they just waste the potential for a great second couple (like in Dynamite Kiss). Still, in other shows they’re rarely taken this far, it’s usually clear to viewers that the FL has no romantic feelings for the SML In this drama, however, the FL behaves terribly, as if she likes them both, and on top of that she even neglects her family because of him.

You’re right. Once they were already adults, he could have tried to find him. The fact that he had a girlfriend and was even engaged shows that he didn’t think the danger was that serious. Besides, he didn’t even try to look for him during the three years that passed between the engagement dinner and the accident.

Oh, really? Thanks for the heads-up—I think I’ll skip this show.

I wanted to give it one last chance and watch ep8, but what was that? Her friend is actually encouraging her to date both men at the same time, and she’s not even saying no—she likes the idea. I don’t think I’ve ever disliked a FL this much. She is just horrible. And she actually went on dates with the SML without rejecting the ML first. They even gave the romantic elevator and bicycle scenes to the sml.

She’s free to like whoever she wants, of course. But the show was promoted as a story about an uncle and an aunt falling in love while raising their nephew together. So it’s frustrating to watch her date other men right in front of the ML—especially after he’s confessed his feelings to her twice and she stayed silent.
On top of that, she’s not a very caring aunt. The ML is the one taking care of the boy, cooking, cleaning, and even going to work. Meanwhile, she seems to care only about her job and the SML. All she ever does is follow her boss around—to hotels, restaurants, dates, and wherever he feels like going. It’s really disappointing.

Has she still not rejected the boss in ep 8?

Exactly. At this point, the show’s main focus seems to be her boss and her job/career rather than in laws living with their nephew.

I can’t stand the FL and her double game anymore—it’s just too much. Dear screenwriters, this has gone too far already. Woo Joo and Tae Hyung are adorable and I love them, but the FL is a definite no for me.

I really enjoyed the first two episodes. I love the ML and FL, and I’m already invested in the characters. It also looks like we’re going to get a fun second couple — her sister and the former driver/secretary.

I hate Disney for this. Why did MBC agree to Disney’s policy of not streaming this in Europe? And why didn’t they sell the European rights to Viki instead? I guess I’ll have to watch it on a piracy site instead — at least they have subtitles in my language 😂. I wanted to subscribe for this and Perfect Crown. Well it seems I'll keep my money.

They ruined Dynamite Kiss with that love triangle. They could’ve given us two beautiful couples like in Business Proposal, but instead we got a complete mess.

I love little Woo Joo and Tae Hyeong, but I’m starting to lose patience with the FL and her ex. It’s becoming a bit too much, and it seems like nothing will change in episode 7 either. I really don’t care about her past relationship or the reasons they broke up.

I love Our Universe 😍😍😍. It really should have been aired during the weekend on TVN, not on Wednesday and Thursday at 11 p.m. Good ratings, considering the time slot.

Excellent show — I’ve really missed watching this kind of series. The ending was pretty satisfying and definitely leaves the door open for a second season. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t reveal the new mob leader though 😂
P.S. A season 2 without Kang Sin Jin would be pointless.
