Totally agree with you! Veil of Shadows really feels like GJM finally hit that sweet spot—still visually stunning…
I'm glad to hear that! Veil of Shadows honestly feels like GJM finally decided to listen to all the complaints 😭 and I'm totally here for it.
The cast absolutely did! Not only the main cast but also the supporting and guest casts did such an outstanding job that I'm just loving every single character that appears on my screen.
Cause he didnt betrayed the deity ....remember the pact if they break it ..they will get punished like the other…
I agree that it's not directly linked with betrayal and has to do with YWH forcefully taking their power like BZ already said but I wouldn't count on Hanba surviving either 😭 Betrayal tends to have a karmic effect that doesn't usually end well...

Yeah I know but from the conversation when JL/CW took their power, it was implied that they'd die if they give up the dragon deity power that's why JL took their own powers instead but of course now we know that it was misleading and not true.
You know what, I'll take this LJ/YWH lore! There's still so much to unpack but at least I don't have to fear LJ disappearing into thin air every episode.
Yeah, I stopped reading halfway through cuz my brain can't take anymore theories without sleep right now 😭 But it sounded so confident and detailed that it'd made me curious lol.
