I loathed Ming! I really wanted Joe to find someone else - anyone else, and I wanted to push Ming off a tall building! I feel very similarly about FX, but I want him tortured relentlessly first.

I was so obsessed when this show was airing that I built my morning routine around it on Mondays and Tuesdays, setting my alarm for. 4:30 a.m. so I could make my breakfast before 5:00 when the new episodes dropped. I regret nothing even though I went to work two or three times with red eyes! The tears were real. I miss them so much and the director really knew how to pull the emotions from this story.

This only works (sort of) in fiction, right? IRL, we should all run away as fast as possible from someone that messed up. I felt the same way about Ming in “My Stand-In”. I wanted Joe to end up with someone else - anyone else!

OMG, this episode crushed me - to the point that I want them to never reconcile! YSL needs to heal and find someone else (and yes, I know that’s not going to happen). In tears at 6:00 a.m.!

Yup, here to attest that Chinese BL has wrecked me this year!

I’ve watched so many BLs and this is the first time I’ve watched every episode twice because I love the characters so much.

The writing in this show is a cut above! This is so well done - the dialogue, their inner thoughts… I love that neither one of them is naive or stupid. The result is that we get to watch the manipulation, the power struggles, etc. This show is like a game of chess and I’m so here for it!

It’s going to be Gyeon. Why? Because while the other two recalled ridiculous reasons for liking him when asked/interviewed (the barista’s falling in love moment was especially weird; how long was he going to stalk him with those flowers?!), I bet that Gyeon’s answer will be something about Yoo Da Ha that’s deeper and more real. I’ve always rooted for him, so this ending will make me happy.

I went in with no expectations so i liked this episode. I’m annoyed that Gao Tu let his sorry excuse for a father interfere. (BTW, why do both bad guys in this series have a gambling addiction?!) I loved seeing Mr. Sheng and Hua Yong in their domestic bliss (ordering orange juice, etc.). Hua Yong may be psychotic, but at least Mr. Sheng doesn’t ever have to worry about being cheated on. A special episode would be nice to wrap up everything for our second couple who got shortchanged.

After he brought it up in a vague way and was tokd that SWL would want the baby aborted, GT had to distance himself both emotionally and physically. In his mind they’re done and there’s nothing more to discuss. That’s not chickening out; he made the only decision he could in these circumstances.

Shen Weng Lang’s cluelessness just annoys me. 🙄 I don’t like too much pining on screen anyway, because the couple is separated, but he’s like a bull in a china shop, blundering and inevitably saying the exact opposite of what he should say. I’m glad this is so far playing out the way it is, because Shen Wen Lang doesn’t deserve him.

OTOH, yay for our peanut on the way! I’m a little miffed that Mr. Sheng told Hua Yong to never lie to him again, because after Hua Yong confessed that he wasn’t an omega, he never lied. It’s not Hua Yong’s fault that Mr. Sheng didn’t believe him.

The interview at the end was by far my favorite part of this series! So cute and their answers really reflected their characters.

I love that throughout the entire series, including the special episode, we’re shown different sexual moods - sweet and sensual, hard and raunchy, etc. I feel a genuine emotional connection between the characters. (And having said that, Win needs to be quiet and stop making Jun feel needlessly insecure! Sorn loves Jun just the way he is and will never leave him!)

Ruthless, cutthroat Hua Yong is my favorite! He’s so badass without even needing to make a real effort.

LOL, I had to quickly turn down the volume on my iPad! Those moans… 😲

If they’re exclusive there’s no need to worry about STIs/STDs, right? That’s my point.

OMG, we got lube! Yay! Okay, setting that aside for a moment, I loved this episode. They’re still snarky and playful with each other, while being nauseatingly in love and domestic. I only wish Jun had trusted Sorn enough to tell him about that idiot who kept blowing up his phone.

Their intimate scenes are almost too much to watch, but their chemistry is still out of this world. Sorn with his hair down constantly… 🔥 I’m glad lube and condoms made an appearance, but I was wondering why the need for a condom considering they’re in a committed relationship only sleeping with each other? I know, I know - I need to turn my brain off!

I was laughing when Jun was packing for Sorn and mentioned his beard and that he needs to shave regularly! I love whoever wrote this - they didn’t shy away at all from that “beard” that had us all cracking up!

I’m so happy we get two parts to this!

Hua Yong is unhinged! “Do you want to keep your right hand or your left?” WOW. Still, it’s nice to see Mr. Sheng softening towards him while still asking important questions to finally get the entire picture. And yes, I loved it when HY kissed him into submission. I liked the backstory of how HY’s obsession grew because he saw Mr, Sheng as the only good man in a world filled with evil.

The same channel also came out with a later video claiming they were dating. 🙄
