For them to go to court I think they’ll have to sue. Since there’s basically no HARD evidence this will be hard. Also Kim Saeron last letter was basically “sold” to the media; I’m not 100%( I haven’t studied any law related for some time now) but I think that’ll also put them at a disadvantage since the prosecutor wont/cant be able to use it since it’s now tainted. If that letter can’t be seen or used as a testimony from KSR then I kinda think I’m mixing up this with something else.

An actor raped a young lady and she presented evidence of her bruise body and medical notes citing how long it will take her to heal yet the actor walked away with a not guilty verdict another actor kicked and stomped all over a hostess at a bar and even though there were many witnesses the case never went to court and both are still big name and prominent in the industry right now. There’s even two older ones who both paid to have sex with underage girls and even though they got banned from a few tv channel the big name that everybody still watch are still showing their shows. It can happen and if his team has a top lawyer who knows how to use the media to their advantage prepare to be extremely disgust with how they’ll spin the narratives.

Kim Saeron is only the victim of THIS SPECIFIC situation and she needs as many to stand on her side as there were against her before.

They only release two old photos and letters that barely proves his guilt; (watch them debunk the photos and say it was an innocent act and all they had was a hoobae sunbae relationship and how Saeron and him were close and she saw him as a older brother and that’s why he kissed her cheek. And no I’m not assuming; something along the lines WILL COME)

In my humble opinion I think they should’ve release the full chat first with all their previous interaction, since they have Saeron phone. I’m also positive that’s there’s way more recent photos of them going out/meeting up. Since she kept those old photos she must still have the most recent ones.

If they had taken such a route and hit them hard from the very beginning I’m almost positive his die would’ve had no mouth to deny and even if they did nobody would’ve believed. But now there’s leeway and time for them to conjure up a false narrative and twist the truth in their favor.

Hell they might even sue the family for defamation. However I read the news outlet and her family side claims there's proof of their relationship and they'll gradually release it. Something about that part kinda comes off as "iffy". the acting is so good but the story chile.... the story is all over the place. Like how can on show appear to be fast-paced but actually is slow as fuck. Anyways the women empowerment part of it is the only good thing The rest of the story is trash and without substance.
