strong beginning and a strong finale but was dragged in the middle .

so I get why the rating kept dropping in the first few episodes and I would have dropped the show However I kept watching and I am glad I did .

with such a strong beginning it gets you hooked and keep watching this applies on first 3 episodes after that it wasn't great , after Beiming was falsely accused and disappeared we didn't get to see what was he doing or what did he find out I mean he is the ML after all but we got to see xueman and how she was devastated and the changes that happen in both elite constable unit and secret investigation one , wished we had followed the story with the main lead

the part where ML was poisoned was boring and clichΓ© what is it with ML gets poisoned trope .

the final part maybe last 8 or 10 episodes were great when we got and explanation of what happened in haiya and true yesha was revealed .

in the final episode , I wanted to see we they went back to help people of haiya and when the emperor clarified what happened and people knew about haiya .

if they had stuck more to the main storyline I guess people would have liked and rated it more . this is just my opinion 🀷

Not what I expected ....

so basically the story is compelling and acting is great but somehow I feel something is messing .

from the get go they focused on FL story and it's obvious given the drama's title but the kept trying to make her so independent and strong to a point to me it felt annoying I mean I get it she is a general and spent her life fighting and training but she is a women it was okay to see xiao jue protecting her for once but it was he yan protecting him all of the drama .

chu Zhao was the greyist character I have ever seen like are you good or evil couldn't get it , it first he served xu jingfu but all of a sudden he was helping FL maybe out of love but I think it's more out of ambition , the final part when he prevented FL and ML marriage was so useless and the breaking point for me when he more or less caused yan he 's death like it's people's lives at stake let your schemes and ambition aside for a moment .

the emperor what was he doing like anyone advise him with something , he is like sure let's do it , not your typical cdrama emperor they are always cunning and clever , this one seemed weak for me .

some things felt rushed for me I would have wished to see he ruefei executed , he yan mother's burial those were sentimental moments for me but we didn't get to see it .

both leads and supporting actors did great job .

loved the seen when he confessed his love for her at court .

but can't get over the fact that she lived most of if not all of her life as a man, how was she acting all cute when she asked him to train her in the beginning and in alot of different occasions , I didn't convinced me at all that she was raised as a man , she was acting as a girl for me 🀷

great drama but for me it was lacking .

A big disappointment

this drama started strong with great plot and character motives , in the middle it became flat and they dragged it out for a very long time and finally a very rushed ending .

they kept talking about how Hua or empress LV was vile and ruthless but we saw nothing like they gave her 10 minutes in the final episodes we wanted more but about her backstory we never got to know anything maybe some little details but it wasn't enough.

taohua needed to make her mind does she love zaiye or not the kept going back and forth and she leaving him for his own good so he doesn't get hurt It just dragged things out It wasn't good at all .

in the end when he wanted to save her so he took the poison was a stupid plot , I mean we get the FL to live but kill ML what is that .

they just wanted a sad ending for no reason , even at the end I don't get did he wake up or was she just dreaming "imagining" .

really disappointed , on the other hand acting , casting ,music and the plot at first were great.

started great then it became flat

this one had a great potential in the first 3 episodes like we got to know the main cast on individual level then it showed everyone's purpose of joining the police after being an athlete.

the acting , casting and music were great .

the problem with this one is they kept dragging it for too long , I mean at the beginning it was fast paced so I thought it was gonna be more than one case but I was wrong it was the same one dragged for too long .

the villians were great , for me maybe that saved the show a little .

what I really hated that this could have been wrapped up in 12 episodes or so, in the middle it felt like the plot became flat , alot of violence and fight scenes that I didn't feel were necessary like they were fighting because we have to emphasize that they were Olympic athletes and to focus on the skill the had but it didn't serve the plot in any way.

Anyway it was fun to watch but I had alot of wasted potential

heartwarming

if you are looking for a light , funny drama this on is great .

it has it all from friendship, love to family bonds.

overall it was a cute and heartwarming .

loved how seong a and jiho always cared and loved gyeong u and their friendship with their other classmates .

the way gyeong u grandma cared for him even when his family abandoned him just touched my heart .

loved how it was a happy ending , even bong su had a happy one .

overall this drama was very heartwarming.

Definitely worth to watch πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ

great start that went downhill really fast

so this series has a great idea or story to tell , that you will never understand human nature , if you had the chance to kill those who wronged you will you do it or will you let go ?

with this great idea this drama started strong but will poor execution and rushed ending it turned out really disappointing.

we didn't get to see why moon baek [blue brown ] wanted to sell guns in Korea I mean don't think It was just business , we didn't get to see his motives , even that he took revenge on the people who harmed him when young ,he just continued selling guns to the whole country , so what was his plan ? was it just for chaos???

the ending was so rushed like in ep 9 lee do was shot and was in a coma when he woke up the whole country was turned against each other , I mean time was flying in the last 2 episodes and I don't get what they were building for in the first 8 episodes no character development nor did we get to see the main character motives instead we focused on the secondary characters which was great nonetheless but we neglected the main storyline .

overall great idea that wasn't executed so greatly .

Not a single dull moment

It has it all from acting , visuals , great character development and a great story line

loved the characters awakening and how the didn't only focus on the main leads .

when the emperor belived has Nan heng and they started acting like father and son was great .

Nan Rui development through out the story was great .

hated chu guihong , like the truth is infront of him and he won't believe the nan heng has nothing to do with pingrong battle , even in the end he never tried to make ends and when he took has own life he felt he was wronged , even though he brought it upon himself .

shangguan he and yiting as a couple were cute 😍, not to forget Nan Rui little romantic moment in the end .

what I loved more was when they met in the modern era .

this one isn't a 10 for me because of some loopholes like how we are talking about two different scripts yet the FL never read the script of ADWAD and it was same as dream of qinying and how did screenwriter wrote he entered the world of a dream of qinying and still ended up in ADWAD script and where did he go in the end ??

Truly a MASTERPIECE ✨️

I mean where do I start , great acting , great chemistry between leads even other couples were great , great plot .

from the start to finish everything was great although for me in the middle it dragged little bit , but the ending was great and a big plot twist .

I mean I suspected the emperor had to do something with all the deaths at the end but never understood why would he kill his own sons , turned out to be an imposter πŸ˜…

everyone got their happy ending, that's what was great about the ending .

loved that this drama was fast paced and ML was smart enough to know that she was shen Wan not Qin Wan, I would have hated to see you betrayed my trust arc .

so sad that it had to end 😩

A masterpiece ✨️

where do I start , I loved everything about casting , acting , music it was great .

loved that we didn't get the dimsel in distress type FL.

loved ML being considerate and not trying to clip FL wings .

loved their mature relationship and the trust they had for each other.

I really wished for a happy ending but the ending they gave us was so bitter yet justified they fought for peace and died for it , what other greater cause could they have died for ?
but I am devastated πŸ˜©πŸ’”

either way this is a masterpiece and deserves to give it a go .

started strong ,ended somewhat disappointing

from the get go like 1st 2 episodes you get a little bit drawn to keep watching then from ep 3 to ep 14 it kept going strong and we kept looking forward to the ending but I think ep 15 and 16 (especially 16 ) ruined it all for me I mean where do I start

first yeom jang sun I think it was somewhat a fitting ending for him , all he care about is money and power and In the end he lost both.

dongju really deserved to be happy after all he went through , yet after fulfilling his revenge he didn't have his happy ending , he left it all behind .

taeyun's mother deserved what happened I mean after all she caused , she lost it all

taeyun didn't deserve this ending , he and eunnam were the innocent ones in that family .

seonu and his mother one of the worst character developments I have ever seen in along time I, how did they change from the staying away from daesan and not wanting any thing to do with it to cooperating with yeom jang sun and killing taeyun .

a very disappointing ending πŸ˜” the title truly fits "buried hearts".

not bad as everyone was suggesting

this one is woth watching but along 30 episodes the storyline became boring many times , this series could have been less than 30 episodes and would have been great .

ML and FL were well written but somehow I didn't like FL acting that much

wished we could have seen proper revenge for xuan lies parents but I felt it was a little bit rushed

the 2 kings either king of beixuan or king of yannan were getting on my nerves why can't they let the leads be . their characters are poorly written like beixuan's king wanted war just because It was easier than peace for him I don't know what he was thinking, and yannan's king keep threatning qiluo with her family and at the end I don't know what convinced the 2 king to let the leads be together ,like the were suddenly okay with it ( plot hole?????)

qimin was really annoying , his one sided love for qiluo , why can't he let the leads be kept insisting on marry her even though he knew she didn't love him 😀

qingkou obsession with qimin was too much for me, maybe It became a little better at the end .
