A 7.0 rating? I knew how sour the storyline turned, but I didn't think the ratings here would hit a new low.
These incompetent excuses of these writers + director really should have done a better job with constructing this storyline, and it's a total shame, too. The last week of airing was the week it saw its viewer ratings peak, reaching 15%. I bet you if the storyline was constructed a lot better, it would have rivaled "Bravo, My Life"'s overall viewer ratings, which peaked at 20%(nationwide).
14 hours until (possibly?)peak KBS1 Daily Drama of 2023 begins airing?
Though, I guess it's not that difficult of a feat to accomplish, with the bar the last two daily dramas "The Love in Your Eyes" and "Apple of My Eye" set. Can't help but wonder if the word "Eye" is a curse or not, given how bad overall those performed, even though both having the word "Eye" in the title is a coincidence lol
Well, on a non-story related note, seeing Im Ju Eun in the supporting cast was a surprise. I only watched one other work that had her in it, but couldn't help but miss her lol. She rarely updates her IG as well. Probably the only one among the supporting casts that I'm interested in?
If she's determined to return to the actress life, I hope this weekend drama will be a good start for her.
I sincerely do not understand how a writer that was able to create great works such as "The Princess's Man" and "Are You Human Too?" created the dumpster fire dubbed as "The Real Has Come". Maybe soap opera styled dramas are his weakest point? Neither of the daily dramas written by him were rated that crazily either.
Maybe if he does another non soap opera based drama, I'll give it a shot. But I'll be damned if they give him another chance to cook in another soap opera based drama. Past halfway of "The Real Has Come", the plot began to burn quite a bit, but the writer never picked up on that fact. Instead he decided to double and triple down on the crap that made this plotline burn and decided to add more of it that make it burn in the first place, resulting in a completely charred burnt mess.
To say "Congratulations" would be too light of a compliment to describe how badly this writer burnt the plotline of "The Real Has Come" even though it's among the highest level of cooking temperature in a steak.
Just came from the clusterfuck that this drama is replacing - apparently the goofballs over in KBS World/America left out the subtitles there(maybe a blessing in disguise lol)
Speaking of KBS World/America, unfortunately if you use those to watch weekend drama(like this one), you won't get a chance to do so for the first week of episodes(the sports stuff is taking the timeslots that the weekend dramas would air) unless you take a trip out to the Pirate Seas to do so.
The goofballs over in KBS World/America forgot to air Ep. 49 with subtitles! Maybe it's a blessing in disguise, a sign that we shouldn't be watching this lol
This looks really good. I'm looking forward to this. But why such a long wait for airing from beginning to end?…
1 episode a week, which explains the long timeframe for airing. SBS's "Killing Vote" has that same thing with the "one episode per week" thing as well, and quite frankly, I'd like to know the reason for why they have to air it like this.
Yep, I am just mad at the writers. I can’t fault the cast here. They created this Kangsan character yet hate…
I am referring to Lee Kyung Young, a piece of garbage, who despite his heinous criminal past, is still able to get roles in various media despite not deserving them. He makes a guest appearance in Ep. 2 of My Lovely Boxer, but just knowing that bit of info already ruins my overall experience with that drama.

Personally they didn't need to do much to ruin it for me, the show having "he-who-must-not-be-named" as a guest character in Episode 2 pretty much sours my overall experience(maybe just an overexaggeration but it pisses me off that someone like him is able to make appearances in any media when he doesn't deserve it in any way whatsoever)
According to this article, "The Seasons" will resume with Season 3 with AKMU as the MC. Broadcast will begin on the 1st of September. The Korean title for Season 3 of the Seasons is "악동뮤지션의 오날오밤", according to said article.
Looks like Kim Seung Soo(Prince Taeso of "Jumong") will be appearing in the upcoming episode. Don't know who the other two are. The other male looks like Kim Eung Soo, and the last one is a female comedian(I think?) though I'm not too familiar with her.
So, when everything is said and done, is the boar(the entire reason why the plot spiraled into what it is) still alive? Is it an entirely different boar from the one the village was hunting? Or is it yet just another delusion from the granny?
It has been ages since a drama was aired on MBN. Last drama that aired on that channel was "Sponsor".
I wonder if the overall negative result from "Sponsor" airing pushed MBN away from broadcasting any drama for over a year(dramas were never something that MBN did consistently to begin with anyways, as their main focus is news broadcasting and various variety shows). But since they push out dramas at a noticeably low rate, whichever ones that aired on there were either a hit or a miss(which unfortunately "Sponsor" falls under the latter portion), that aspect just feels much more easier to identify.

Anywho, I have high hopes!

As for this show, since KBS World/America will be airing this, I hope the parts they end up cutting out are the parts with his character in it.

I look forward to seeing your future appearances going forward.
31 days to go!
