I like Reunion too not because they are more matured than this one but also because Yilong did a reasearch to understand his role better

True they really showered us with lots of pingxie moments. The fact that they made xiao ge finding and rescuing wu xie in the desert made it sweet enough (despite that in the book they only made xiao ge rescued wu xie because of the rescue operation which he and glasses did with other members of their team). I dont know why I really like xiao hua here not his acting I didn't measured it yet (but I like his expression when he's mad) rather its his physical feature which I like

And lastly this is so fastpaced, but I understand they need to do that cuz the episodes only have 36 yet they need to cover 3 books (with book 6 having 2 versions)

I watched the first few episodes and I can say that despite them not imitating everything from the novel (some things did changed) yet they still followed the storyline. I think if you read the novel before watching the live adaptations it will make you watch their flaws unconsciously. Somehow I still dont like Wu Xie's acting (he lacks emotions) but xiao hua is so pretty (cant take my eyes off of him). And pingxie's moments are on point (the verbal affection is indeed more here than the novel)

From what I know those live adaptations are created by different directors and so thats the reason why the released were not in order. Im confused at first too but reasearch helped me understand about this story, and thru time I manage to understand them. And I know you can do it too

Actually the reason why Qiling is not in tomb of the sea is because that time he is a guardian of the bronze gate, so he is inside that gate for 10 years (2005-2015) while tomb of the sea happened year 2014, the reason why he is in the hospital isn't because he is sick, indeed its because of his amnesia (at the end of book 6 he lost his memories 'again' after he followed Wen Jing inside the meteorite). Zhang Qiling and Zhang Rishan aren't of the same family I guess. They only have the same clan. Because I believe that Rishan came from Fo Ye's Zhang, and so Qiling is in the original Zhang while Fo Ye is in extended branch of Zhang so they're not of the same family. Zhang Rishan is Fo Ye's assistant and becamea leader of Nine Gates when Fo Ye died so yeah

I dont think him saving and protecting her can already stated as like or something romantic they are already sworn brothers and sisters afterall. I think from all live-adaptation installments you already realize Wu Xie's nature towards his people and his friends, so his actions does not imply and will never be as something romantic. Actually if you read the novel, he is more protective towards Ning, he even hugged her without clothes on, he did that without malice. I'm not saying that he likes Ning more, its just that I'm stating that he is somehow helpful towards the person that he isn't in his group so being protective towards someone as his sworn sister must not be misunderstood. But again that's your opinion so I wont question it...

Guys Qiling was born year 1904 so if you've seen someone posted a timeline in which it shows that he was born 18's and he's older than Qishan then its a false info

True. If Glasses didn't see Sanxing then his attention must be with Wu xie, cuz WX saw something that others didn't. But the fact that he focuses on Sanxing instead shows that he see the hologram of Sanxing. So what's the connection between WX and him and probably with Qiling too that has nothing to do with Pangzi. Of course none, if we will focus about the main point of thunder city which is "regret" all of them even Pangzi have that

The first time I watched that scene I noticed her, Her story is over (she's in W11) so I reviewed it again and I still saw her so I think its indeed the staffs mistake. Thats one reason why I keep reviewing that episode, the other one is that if all of them witnessed Sanxing's holographic message. When Sanxing is gone Pangzi made me feel that he didnt saw anything but black glasses gave his focus in his front that as if like Wu xie he saw Sanxing too
