Not sure, I doubt cuz they said that Ultimate Note will cover only books 5-7 but well the staffs here are also staffs of lost tomb 1 (they include a part of book 7 into lost tomb 1) so it won't be surprising if they will take panzi's death in book 8 and include it on their final episode/s

You dont need to their past adventures were already shown in the ep 1 intro when wu xie did a story-tell. But if you want to follow their adventures without missing anything you can watch it based in this order

Ahh yes in lost tomb1 they already have this connection but in the novel its rarely felt during book 1 until half of book 4. Their verbal connection between each other only started in book 5

Ahh the 1st intro is in the forest it was introduced in book 5. But the 2nd intro was only introduced when xiao ge is a patient its the end of book6

Some wonders about pingxie moments here thus leading them dissatisfied in reunion and other lost tomb adaptations. I'd like to inform you guys that pingxie moments were seen or noticeable starting in book 5 until the end of the main story (I didn't read the chongqi yet but only a glimpse so I can't say that there has lots of pingxie moments there)
I've read only the main story so I can say that in first half they don't really like each other much (wu xie complained a lot about xiao ge's personality while the latter keeps on saving wu xie cuz it's in his nature to protect his colleagues so I can say that there isn't special feelings between them in the beginning) so lost tomb adaptations cant be compared just because of the general idea of "pingxie moments"

The intro didn't seen in any episodes cuz its just a general idea I think. In the intro for ep13-21 has a theme of xiao ge being a patient thus he became a patient after they went out in tamutuo in ep16

Yes shes dead. She died before going into her destination in book 6 and panzi died for saving xiao ge in final book

I think its because blood cloth or qilin sanguis is just a medicine he took and so the effects is not strong unlike qiling's natural zhang's blood. His blood turned into qilin which nullify the effects of poison of the spider but its not strong to nullify the poison of the snake.
Anyway the scene where they fight the spiders aren't in the book either so I guess its the scriptwriter flaws

This is funny how the other site subbed fo ye as master budha. When I watched the scene in xin yue hotel where the subber refered foye as buddha makes me dumbfounded (I know that english translation of fu is buddha but lol) not sure how it was subbed in iqiyi haha

Throughout the half of book 8 wu xie disguised himself as sanxing.
Like what starliphx said fo ye is the leader of mystic nine, wu laogu is in the middle together with hei bei and chen pi. In lost tomb they hinted that there's going on between granny huo and laogu, and she's jealous of wu xie's grandmother because he married her not huo. But in mystic nine they introduced granny huo liking Er Yue hong (the 2nd gate after fo ye,best friend of fo ye, and also the mentor of xiao hua)

Yes thats true. Wu xie wanted to bring granny huo with them, but fatty advised otherwise cuz the 2 of them cant bring zhang's unconscious body and granny huo dying body at the same time, thus he decided to go back for her but fatty made him realize that she's been long gone even before wu xie went back for her so he decided to just behead granny huo to avoid huo xiu and xiao hua going back to rescue her (thus he whispered to the unconscious body of granny huo to stay still and that he beheaded her and promised her to put his head beside his grandfather's tomb, but I forgot if he did it or was given to xiu)

True. That's why Wu Xie rescued them. With the help of Panzi and xiao hua's ideas (he gave wu xie a mask to become or disguised wu sanxing, and that gained him some followers for the rescue operation) and that's where panzi died. When granny huo died wu xie asked fatty to behead her with a promise that he will put her head near his grandfather's place

When they planned lianhuan as dead, xiao hua became the young master and since he was a child they introduced the mystic nine to him. Yes xiao hua's character is indeed important cuz he helped the trio steal the seal in that auction. Yes in book 7 they teamed up and they gave a wrong clue which led the other party (fatty and xiao ge) almost died and granny huo dead

When wu xie asked wenjin why lianhuan disguised himself as his uncle, she gave 2 possibilities. First, because lianhuan is on their team (he is an archeological student while sanxing is just an outsider who forced himself to join their team), if he as lianhuan is the only one survived while his classmates aren't, then it pose a serious problem not only for him but for his own family as well, and second if he will take sanxing place then he can help his own family becoming rich while using the possession of wu sanxing. Thus, he decided to take sanxing's place for few decades (that's both his and sanxing's plan during their archaeological expedition in underwater tomb in Xisha), and to make his disguise real he needs to be with wu xie more than xiao hua

It didn't described how they are since young but wu xie once said that he remembered that xiao hua is a woman (so basically wu xie met the girl xiao hua before the incident of "sanxing killed lianhuan"). Xiao hua was raised as a tomb raider with a belief that if your companion died its because of fate. So xiao hua is somehow hard-headed, but will help you as his companion. They aren't close as friends but they arent treating each other as colleagues who just want to have benefits from each other either, througout the main story they only team-up once but it didn't end well

Yes as cousin they played together when theyre kids but xiao hua acted as a girl that time so wu xie thought xiao hua is a woman lol, but after the lies that lianhuan and sanxing fed them the 2 families became far thus led wu xie forgetting the other

True I like the Yilong's version of wu xie his perception for that character is above than the others. But well I must not compare all actors who portrayed wu xie cuz wu xie himself did upgrade from xiao sanye to become master wu xie, so theyre not the same

Yes its in book7. That's the first time xiao hua was introduced and wu xie met him there without knowing who he was (he just felt that xiao hua is familiar), the one that's been with him there aside of pangzi is xiao ge himself, and the valuable thing theyre auctioning in the novel is not copper snake-fish but the seal or key of the bronze gate
