As a person who considers itself to be as you have so oratorically put it "an avid reader and better than an average…
I didn’t say I didn’t know HOW to use a dictionary or that using “big words” was itself pretentious. But it was like the sentence was intentionally full of pretentious words that about 99% of people never use or even know for an article about a “B”-stule Lakorn. THAT seemed pretentious. No offense. -_-

I left Netflix a month ago and wrote the reason I left was due to not enough Kdrama. I wonder Netflix actually…
Pay for VIKI instead. Its better! And premium is only $9.99/month. Basic is less than that!

Thank you, I did subscribe! I love when Dramas are on NetFlix, the only time that a drama could/maybe be westernized…
They are westernized in that they change Korean dramas to have more than one “season” and it has resulted in cliffhangers and in some cases a show not being finished if the viewership wasn't what was expected >_< One exception most recently was “Camellia in Bloom.” But for many of us, we like the one and done format of kdramas. A set 16-32 episode show that is wrapped up by the final episode.

I realized I was in trouble reading this article when I came upon this sentence “Existential vicissitudes of corybantic emotional rhapsodic foisons.” I literally had no idea what it meant! ? And I consider myself an avid reader and better than average English speaker!

O, my, gaaaaawwwwwwd. At least expand the damn soundtrack If you're going to make your show this slow and drag…
I like it. Its better than the horrible cheesy Thai pop songs all these shows play

18 episodes makes way more sense. I don't know why I thought it was just 12, but I could have sworn I saw 12 listed…
It was! I think they changed it

I thought I saw only 12 episodes written here but now how it's 18 episodes? I can't understand.
I’m confused too!

I had a look at your list. It's hard to tell which dramas will click but I think you should check out The Guardian…
The problem is I have seen so many kdramas, Tdramas, and cdramas at this point. The list on here is not even a quarter of all of the dramas I’ve seen. ? after a while some of them just start to be very similar and you lose interest in them.

I think I had watched about 5 episodes and ended up dropping it for some reason. I think it was something as shallow…
Same

Coincidentally I'm watching it right now, watching the 4th, but it still hasn't yet captivated me, will see how…
Thats how I felt. I like the male lead, but the female lead is meh.

Depends what you consider a good drama? It's a simple high school love story with a sad end. Are you into that…
I would definitely watch it with the goal of seeing a happy ending for the second couple. I would have no illusions of happiness for the first couple. In fact go into it thinking that they aren’t going to be together and then your heart won’t get too attached. Or you could just go on YouTube and find all the scenes that have the second couple in it and just watch that.

So watch this for the second couple Bo and Zhi. They are the cutest and their scenes are very hot. Such good chemistry between these actors! I actually can’t believe how many sex scenes they showed in this drama. It’s probably the most I’ve seen in a BL drama next to “Trapped” and “together again“. More than those two, in fact. Someone else in this feed mentioned stopping at episode nine at the rooftop. I would recommend the same if you don’t want to see the first couple separated. But if that’s the case you’re going to have to skip episode 10 altogether. Which is a shame because then you’ll miss out on watching the second couple, which are still together. I recommend stopping at episode nine, on the rooftop. And maybe trying to watch YouTube videos of just the second couple scenes.
