Yeah, wish there'd be more scenes with him where he'd actually get help instead of left hanging on.
True, good points. That's exactly what bothers me the most. That and the fact that Do Shim's grandmother was seen leaving with Hyun Soo in the beginning to find his mother, and then years later we see that he is still stuck in this realm, he never found his mother, has no memories, and Do Shim treats him as an inconvenience because all spirits somehow bother her. She had 10 years with him around and never bothered to look up and do some research in order to help him out? I mean she ignores the ghosts... I guess only now that Woo Soo has in part the same power did she realize that not all spirits are bad, some are only needing some guidance and help.
Yeah, wish there'd be more scenes with him where he'd actually get help instead of left hanging on.
Ikr, it's like no one helps him out because he can't remember. I know that probably once the whole evil spirit/demonic force is dealt with, it will make him regain his memories and be able to find his mother, which seems to be the motive he has stayed behind. It's the way Do Shim treats has treated him so far that it bothers, and also not developing more of his character as much as Il Nam has been so far.
Anyone else feeling sorry for Hyun Soo? I mean it's been like a decade for him in that state and the way Doo Shim treats him... I just dunno... I know it's her personality but still, she is colder than any spirit xD
did anybody else either screamed or squealed through this entire episode to the point of stopping a few times just to take a breath, or it was just me?
Oh you've good valid points there. Hmm Chul Jin failed a couple of times, and one of his intentions by framing…
Right, it's a massive corruption system so it seems, Dong Man and Sun Ho are set on a single culprit when its a team effort there. Things are going to get even more interesting in the next episodes that's for sure.
Just finished ep 8. And now I'm genuinely confused about the actual culprit. 1) I was thinking maybe it's Prof.…
Oh you've good valid points there. Hmm Chul Jin failed a couple of times, and one of his intentions by framing Dong Man was to protect him. You cleared the Prof Sang Hak but what if his actions have double intentions too? By providing the fingerprint evidence the Prof could get rid of Chul Jin that is too emotional for this job since he wanted to be out in the first place, therefore dropping all suspicions off him by aiding Sun Ho and Dong Man and making them doubt the other more. Hyeok Pil... now that could be the ultimate betrayal if that plot twist ends up happening, but then again keep your friends close, and your enemies even closer... That could be the criminal's tactic since there is this hint they belong to the University. Also isn't it odd that Chul Jin was involved? I mean he might have been threatened in the first place. Could there be more from Dong Man's old team involved as well, like his former Chief? Hypothetically speaking that would be another plot twist in the making. The pub owner might be involved but he does not seem like the mastermind behind it. Baek Hee and Hee Soo are really suspicious, one acts all for the regulations to the extreme, and the other acts flirty and friendly and has set her eyes on Dong Man. Meaning they control, the criminal likes to have things in control. Also it does not seem like a job for only one person, so I am assuming this might be a group of people or a small organization that formed that gambling site. Now if they are all truly from the University or connected from different jobs is a mystery that will likely start to unveil from the next episode. Because as we could see Kang Hee's mom is being accused and potentially framed of starting the said gambling site... I have to say the screenwriter is doing a good job at making everyone suspicious for the small details, it plants a seed of doubt in the viewer, and we want to analyze everything but there is always something missing in this puzzle. Because the initial suspects aren't quite acquitted.
i’m still not sure if i will start to binge this now. It has high ratings but i’ve seen mixed reactions on…
Yes definitely worth the watch despite the mixed reviews there, I think both actors delivered it well in their roles. Ji Sung is already a veteran and Jin Young is following the same road. I really like their brotherly bond in the bts, they are so funny. I recommend it, it's a different genre of drama than the usual, set in a dystopian world, and well the OST is really amazing :)
ALL I CAN SAY IS, (despite the lose ends like Jae Hee... ) they delivered us the perfect bromance in the end too 😂 that final chase scene, and the longing stares, both encouraging each other in silence 😌
I replied in a vague way xD because for some it goes both ways, while others only see one way. I was pleased too but there were a couple of minor flaws covered by the plot twists. In the end justice still sucks and they let Ga On be the one to decide? They are doomed 🤣 and Jae Hee got away with murder? Oh well, I both vented and praised it all in a review so am good 😌 and well Ji Sung never disappoints me in his roles so far kkkkk
Ga On was left alone xD being the hero and all that was granted. Yo Han shows up to let him know he can return one day, but after everything left between both redemption does take its time don't you think so? We can consider a happy ending by not having a tragedy between them but bittersweet too for the younger who lost everyone around him. *shrugs* its ambiguous so it seems. Oh and for the record am on Yo Han's side 😌 from the start. Ji Sung can be an angel or a devil, I don't really mind 🤣

3 episodes in and we can guess this is going to focus on catching the culprits who we now know are inside the university... I was expecting at least a couple more episodes of them not knowing they were online buddies, but from the 2nd and 3rd episode in the cards are on the table, so it has me curious for tomorrow's episode. It's not a bad of a start, I missed seeing Jin Young in a lead role so it's a comeback. Am liking the whole bromance of the leads so far, and the fact that Sun Ho's adoptive family are supportive of him and his dreams, so it seems he will have many trying to knock him down as he learns his way around there while solving that mystery with Dong Man.
