If it is not honest criticism but just hate, why bothered taking it seriously? I think it is better for the people that love the drama to just ignore and care less about the hate that intentionally spread to get the attention and engagement from the fandom. just accept it is common for a popular and successful drama to have some passionate jealous haters because they just want to.

They are intentionally trying to make him a very flaw character so that the fun of his character development and redemption can come into play. He is actually a great guy in his core but it is very understandable that he became that way for some realistic human reasons you have to continue to find out whether it convince u or not. Let just say he forgot things and not being himself at the time.

QOT is my first drama with him because my underrated actress KJW is in it, and I can see now why he is hyped so much. he did grow on me a lot as an actor too.
I don't watch for the actors, but I tried the drama because of them so whether I stay is depended on the drama itself...QOT is no masterpiece, but it had all those elements that made me fall in love... I tried DOTS and The Heir because of KJW but I just can't.
