Yes the plot, the actors, the music, and the production are all top tier but the two main leads and their characters are the most attracting and selling part, not to mention the message and lesson u can learn from it. I watched quite amount of show but I found this drama special since it got me to watch the entire 16 episodes on air. For me, the only noticeable weak aspect of this drama is some sloppy writing near around EP15 which takes aways some points but luckily the ending land.

I saw that u only watched EP1? Give it more episode maybe u will get a better idea yourself whether this is for u or nah. I suggest until EP4 or EP5.

MDL rating is high because many people love it, so they rate it high. If u can't find a reason to love it, it is fine. Not everyone likes and thinks the same.

TVN viewership rating is high because many people in Korea watched it in real time which is hard to achieve.

It's happy ending but if u are a weak soldier, be ready to cry like a river because the emotion is raw in here. u are warned.

For me Vacation is not needed and with their busy schedule and PSH being hated as annoying character, it will be fun only for us fan😅. Feel bad for PSH.

It's hard because Baeksang is known for judging real performance over popularity of actor/actress. Let just say KJW deserved it but the other nominated actresses' character and performance are too good to ignore so they can only left KJW out. I feel bad for KJW not winning best actress for her role in MLN last year too. she is unlucky

YES. I think no individual deserved it that's why. Park Eunbin won last year so it must have been a groundbreaking performance by her in EAW. I am planing to watch it for a year now 😂. KJW performance in MLN was excellent last year but unlucky she didn't win Best Actress.

Positive thought: they are appreciating them because they can't nominate them together.

Negative thought: They are farming the attention they could get from QOT.
