I am confused! Isnt the Lord Master here the current Queen's (not Queen Dowager) relative? Why does he want to collude with Queen Dowager and dethrone or harm the current King and his offsprings?

What BS excuse that SY was a child! What after that? She was evil up until Ep 98, you cant expect any sympathy from me. I hope she rots as a spinster for the rest of her life with not even a friend by her side. JS would be a real simp if he still wants a future with her? Like she doesnt have a single redeeming quality until now that would make any sane person fall in love with her to the point of forgiving all the evil she has participated in.

I really dont think Se Young deserves any sympathy at all. Her mom is right, she was thrilled to learn Du Na was dead. She is helping her mom till the end after everything that has happened. So even if she brings evidence at this point, she doesnt get any brownie points from me.

Hi. Where can i watch The Pitt? I am from Malaysia.
There are sites like GoMovies and 123movies. Otherwise you can signup for HBO Max.
Badass Bunny Apr 15, 2025
If you are a fan of medical dramas, you HAVE to watch The Pitt. I know its not an Asian show but an American one, but thats the closest representation to an actual hospital/ED setup any show in the history of medical shows will come to.
On Resident Playbook Apr 15, 2025
I think I will have to wait for The Pitt to get hazy in my memory before I start watching any doctor/hospital related show, American or otherwise. Coz they all look kitschy and cliche compared to The Pitt. Some might say its an unfair comparison but you cant look past the brilliance of The Pitt. The rawness is unreal.

Sigh, I will diverge here from others comments….but this script is not good at all. Initially, I thought it…
Have to disagree with you on the incompetence, pettiness and ridiculous behaviour. I have spent my fair share of time in rural developing countries in my childhood and to me the potrayal was pretty accurate, especially in the 80s and 90s. Most of these folks were not educated and the way of thinking was rather simplistic (when you have so little and are fighting with a lot of others for resources, its surprising how reductive human nature can become to basic negative emotions) . Again, not looking down on them, just the way things were owing to less development and less education. My parents dealt with people like the villagers and factory workers day in and out and the frustration of them not being able to convince people of their own good was palpable in our daily lives.

the genuine shock i had knowing she's just turn 18… like please stop pairing her with over 10 years 😭 let…
Even less than 10 years is too much for a child her age. Maybe a couple of years max. She is literally a child!!! Good lord...
WTF is going on with the age difference in casting choices? It’s frustrating. Why couldn’t they have cast the actress playing Kaew to play Bua instead of casting a minor in such role? It really makes you wonder where are the parents when these kids are being cast in these situations?

I also think the Thai entertainment industry has a concerning tendency to hypersexualize women, which is troubling enough when it involves adults. But when it comes to minors, that’s a whole different level. Take Denise for example, if you look at her Instagram and the other photos circulating online, it's disturbing. I have younger cousins who are around the same age, and while it’s natural for kids their age to explore their sexuality, the difference is that my cousins' peers are following them. This young actress, however, is attracting a much older and more diverse crowd due to the sheer exposure she's getting in the entertainment industry, which seems inappropriate. Especially after what happened with KSR in the K industry!

There’s a serious issue with how children are being portrayed, and it's disheartening to see the industry continue to profit off this.

Why are Chinese short dramas on an implied sibling/half siblings/sibling like relationships? FZX is doing a second drama with such a plotline? He was in love with his sister's replica in My Lethal Man.

Oh yeah, the above is a very super conservative estimate. I am pretty sure even within a single drama how often they are featured, they are probably charged more than $50K

The Kopiko marketing budget must be through the roof!!!

So the yearly revenue of their parent company is $219 MM dollars between 60 brands sold in multiple countries. Typical margin for CPG food business ranges from 7% - 12% on average unless you are a cola company or water company, so I am guessing their annual profit is around $15.33MM to $26.28MM.

A spot on a Kdrama starts from $10,000 and goes upto $500,000 (older data). So I am assuming they are paying at least between $20,000 - $50,000 depending on the drama.

Since I see them pretty much everywhere, I am assuming they are featured in at least 10 Kdrama/year, so they are spending $200,000 to $500,000 per year AT LEAST if not more. So they are spending roughly 1.3% to 3.6% of their profits on these adverts for TV alone (single channel). And this is just one country, not sure how much they are spending in their home country of Indonesia and others if they sell elsewhere.

I hope they making back all that money lol. I see them everywhere.
