Although you havent gotten the recognition for your feat from your parents, possible siblings and other family members, and your need for validation has brought you to the internet, I just wanted to take the time and acknowledge your perseverance in the face of this challenging adversity! I would have added your friends to the list but its hard to believe you might have any, and even if you do, they are probably hanging around you for sheer entertainment they get from your struggles which would be even more sad.

@larius I would just ignore this person, they are already struggling in life, you dont want to add to their misery. Think of it as charity in kind. I know they will keep going because they need to have the last word, often the case when a person is severely neglected and unloved at home. So please let us be understanding.

I completely agree with most of what you said, especially about the SML. However, I do not agree regarding the FL. She is equally awful and selfish. I understand she is trying to distance herself from the part of her that is like her father but the blatant disregard for medical ethics on her part should also land her in jail along with the SML.

Also, EVERY damn character IMO is a horrible person on a molecular level except the ML and SFL. The brother, the mother, the father, the agent, the friend, the love interest and the list goes on. I want all of them to be miserable for the rest of their lives with no redemption.

Yeah but this one seems more similar than others with the general premise. I guess we will see how similar or different they are when it releases. Also you might want to tag your post as spoiler as it spoils one of the major points for the Taiwanese drama?

Perfect Family is a convoluted mess where the writers dont know where the show is going. Also 0 character developments so far. They are trying too hard to create suspense and thrill but its just seems extremely contrived.

The ones you mentioned are similar, not same. Based on the premise, this sounds same as The Victim's Game.

This sounds like a remake of a Taiwanese show, I think, it's on Netflix, but I can't remember the name.

I am curious about two things if anyone has the knowledge:
1) What is the purpose of these 10-15 min dramas? Why such short dramas?
2) Do these actors manage to break into more primetime/longer dramas? If so how difficult is it?

I have read both the novels and hence I disagree with this take. Like I said, even if you look around you, you will hear many people that are completely different based on who they are interacting with. I personally relate to that since everyone else thinks I am extremely serious no nonsense person but the truth is that I just need to get comfortable and open up to people. And even then, the way I behave with my sibling is nothing like how I behave with my partner.

Another example is HL itself, the way the ML viewed the FL changed completely from how the brother viewed the FL, his sister even though both relationship were brotherly at the start.

Thanks a lot for sharing the end. I think I am going to drop this. I love James but its a sad ending for him so I will wait until all of it is out and someone tells me it has different ending. I did suspect Nan's father was the responsible party.

Even in this clip, look at the difference between the range of expressions between PSH and her. PSH is expression just joy in so many different ways.

People here defending her bad acting left right and center! As I have said before, in all her works I have seen, I have registered just two expressions. The girl has the expression range of a rock. Even in the trailer for this drama, she has just ONE expression.

She was casted coz she has just one expression which fitted the role. The second role she got was with her now boyfriend.
