The Angel Gabriel can only protect you if you are the "Good" and the "Poor", this means that Justitia and Daon need to stay on the right side for divine intervention. It might prove challenging. Otherwise, their options are to capture Satan and bring him back to Baal for any deals to work.

I don't think they can just freely kill anyone without some form of reprimand or consequences from the Heavens or Angels. But the demons can definitely make it harder because they're demons and will never listen.

I could think of one reason, and that is Daon being manipulated by that demon detective that "claims" Justitia killed his parents, thus leading Daon to act on his rage and illusions from the demons.

this is a far reach. The show already confirms that he's not the killer. The twist is someone else entirely.

it's always so heartbreaking seeing a righteous and a good person like Daon be dealt with a tragedy and their eyes become so angered with revenge and be a different person, that is the breaking point. No one could be sane after seeing someone who was practically your second mom be killed by the same person who killed your biological mom/parents. And this is probably why Justitia teared up because she sympathizes with him. I don't think we're getting a happy ending anytime soon with how everything's going :((

she has such good chemistry with anyone she acts/stars with.

this drama was so refreshing and realistic at some points, I love all the couples and their chemistry. Our ML and FL characters felt so real with how they are acted and portrayed that I am convinced they exist in real life somewhere LOL. This is definitely one of the best romance drama of 2024. With such a lower budget compared to other romance dramas, it met my expectations so well and I was never disappointed with any episodes. The casting was so good I'm so glad it was Jung Hae-In and Jung So Min as our leads <3 What a beautiful drama and ending. I hope we get more good romance dramas like this.

its a good slow burn romance with some deep and melodramatic topics/themes. Go for it if you're into that.

this is what happens when Netflix makes it 8 episodes as usual. Not enough episodes to cover so much content.

The directors made such a great choice casting Jung So Min and Jung Hae-In. Like their characters, especially Seok Ryu's, is so realistic and understandable and relatable too. I'd definitely wouldn't feel the same if it was another casting in my personal opinion. They just nailed the acting.

not even the president in SK have enough power to influence rulings on the justice system to change. So many corrupt officials and corporate lobbyists that have judges and assemblymen under their palms through money, blackmail, and bribery. If they were to propose longer sentencing, that would be a disadvantage for those corrupt officials and corporate lobbyists who wants insurance for their crimes that they commit. Leniency is what they want. The world is brutal. Change is so hard and long, sometimes even hopeless. Money is always the problem.
