Lol. π I didn't even comment on LMH, but you seem so insecure that you think I did... I literally was just commenting on the lack of professional journalism. Cite sources my dudes π€¦π»ββοΈ
I wish shows would not do the 'sometimes' epilogue. Either do it every episode, or don't. I thought this episode would at least make it more clear whether he purposely messed up in the archery match for her (although he might have just done it to piss off his father). Or maybe show us them hiding in the hotel room in close proximity while he is half naked.... π€ I just want cute post-credit shots showing a different perspective that makes scenes more lovey dovey. Is that really too much to ask for??
I love how the popularity polls and news have no source... even the kbizoom article, which I guess this article is citing, doesn't indicate where it's getting the popularity stats from . What is this? π
π loving the hogwarts style houses of this school.
It's actually quite clever. Each house is based on one of the four guardian deities from Korean mythology, which are often associated with the 4 cardinal directions, 4 seasons, and 4 of the Obangsaek colors. BWS's character is in the blue Azure Dragon house (Cheongryong), which represents East/Spring, as well as power, strength, and benevolence. IU's character is in the red Vermilion Bird house (Jujak), which represents South/Summer, as well as prosperity, enlightenment, and passion. Also, I have no idea why I am writing out an explanation in this comment section, knowing it will get buried, but π€·π»ββοΈπ
Comments further down go into it. I don't think an official reason was released, but people speculate it had to do with him being set to star in a BL (Sammy's Children's Day), or that he had some paparazzi pics come out where he was kind of being hugged/held by another male actor at a private residence. Either way, the powers that be are not very cool for replacing him...
Oof.. this whole time I've been wondering why they did the AI face swap in Pursuit of Jade. I know the actor from The Untamed is teeny tiny, so I thought maybe they used another actor for the boys to make him taller... but I just found out the truth on r/boyslove of all places. China, stop being so homophobic π
I'm so glad they didn't romanticize that "you are mine" line. Rarely, for example in toxic BLs, it works. Here, it sadly didn't Xie Zheng... You deserved that slap boy.
In omegaverse it differs depending on the authors and their creative mind. The genre originally comes from werewolf…
Haha this was very informative. My main exposure so far (apart from ABO) has been lots of manwhas. Somehow, I haven't run into a d*ick falling off yet-- looking forward to that day π
Bruh, I never thought I would catch up to a Cdrama while it was still airing... But let me tell you, one 45m ep/day is not enough for me.
Also, that bait at the end of today's ep, only for xie zheng to literally become a playwright instead of revealing his identity... It was *chefs kiss*, but also "wtf man" π
I'm only on episode 1 of part 2, and idk why, but this blind chick just gives off stalker vibes. My theory was maybe she was a classmate who had a crush on ML, so she got plastic surgery to look like FL, plus the tattoo/similar food tastes, etc.-- we never got confirmation on who sent the photo of them 'dating' on the roof, so I thought maybe that was her.... Plus, her being blind is not very convincing. Why the hell would a blind person's first question to a stranger on the street be "hey were you that guy from that one time?" after hearing him say 2 words.
But then... I slightly spoiled things by reading comments here, so I know that's not who she is.
Maybe I'm just being protective because ML is finally doing okay at the start of p2, and I just want to save him and give him love before he dates this blind girl and inevitably murders everyone. ππ

I just assumed it would happen... I guess I have to finish the book now π

Apparently NOBODY died in part 1?!
Welp, guess I have to binge part 2 now...
Tbh, I'd be okay with everyone (kids, police officer, parents, etc.) being offed at this point. I don't blame Jen Yao at all for crashing out.
