You shouldn't forget that Kou brings out the real Futaba and makes her shine the brightest. They'll last a life…
Nothing you say is going to deter my opinion of this drama. The manga and anime may have showed their relationship better but in the drama it was poorly written so much so that I stand by that these two should not be together nor can I see any future of them lasting.
This is a couple I hope doesn't last. I though the first part was okay (cute first love romance and all) this second part just ruined it for me. The FL pining over him the whole drama just came across pathetic. If she would have ended up alone I would have probably enjoyed this.
*Also don't care about the manga, I'm going strictly by the show.
Is there a lot of angst in this drama and does the makui amd ma yan blame the male lead because of his annoying…
I would say the angst is minimal to me. I can't say that Ma Kui and Ma Yan blame Wang Xin. What Wang Xin's father did was despicable and because that's Wang Xin's father he had to bear some of the hurt and pain they felt. But don't worry it doesn't last long. Ma Kui and Ma Yan love Wang Xin.
I teared up quite a bit at the last episode. This drama was perfect from start to finish. I'm going to miss all the people on the train and the fatherly bond between Ma Kai and Wang Xin. 10/10. Watch this drama if you haven't already.
If Ma Kui didn't go to prison for ten years his wife might still be alive. The reason she died is because she was in the last stages of cancer. But if she would have found out earlier, there might have been a chance she could have been treated. It was impossible for her because she was now the main provider of her family without Mu Kai's income. I think that's the saddest part of EP. 34 for me.
Liu Jun saying Wang Xin would have been an orphan to make Ma Kui feel bad is ridiculous, there is no doubt in my mind that Ma Kui would have taken care of Wang Xin. He has proven time and time again that he is willing to take people in. Liu Jun is a selfish human being and I'm glad Wang Xin didn't take after him in any way.
Ofc, everyone has their own taste. But, can i ask, have u watched this all the way to the end? Like eps 28 or…
I watched the whole drama (I wasn't surprised by the twist but they dragged that that part too long and I actually found the scenes like the video game the ML made for the FL really odd). I gave the entire drama an 8 though because the first half was great.
Most interesting love story Huang Yingzi and Jiang yi endure thier feelings each other in many years that we call…
I disagree that this is the most interesting love story. I watch a lot of dramas with romance and this couple wouldn't even make it to my top 50. Yang Zi is one of my biases but the chemistry and their romance story fell flat when they were adults.
The first half was a perfect ten for me but it started to lose it's appeal after a time for a few reasons.
*The FL was literally and figuratively stuck in the past. I can't tell you the amount of times the FL could be hanging out with her friends and instead of getting to know the 30 year old version of them, she'd mention the past and que a flashback would ensue. *I bought the romance between the leads when they were teenagers but during the present timeline I didn't see it. The FL was in love with childhood version of the ML and you can't tell me otherwise. It also didn't help that she had more chemistry with the writer guy. *Too many flashbacks. I didn't mind it at first because I though it'd end at a certain point or they would start to show us only important scenes from the past that would be relevant to the plot. Some of the flashbacks weren't needed and because that I don't even think I got to know the thirty year old version of some of them. *Out of all the friends I only found Yi Fei and Guan Chao's story to be interesting. But surprise, surprise. They had the least amount of screentime.
It was such a boring watch. I watched up to episode 33 before I finally skipped to the last scene of episode 36.
It had potential but the excessive amount of episodes for a simple script is what ruined it for me. There was no reason an office romance rom-com to be 36 episodes.
