Hey folks! I am here again with my rewritten review... I was dissatisfied with the previous one because I think this drama deserves better, so I rewrote it....
This is the drama I watched almost 19 months ago for the first time...
Ancient Love Poetry, the first drama which made me a die-hard fan of Chinese Costume Dramas... and truly invested in exploring the characters of a drama... I have watched over 70 dramas after this but it still holds a position in my Top 5 Favourites.... It's not a perfect... To be honest, I believe there is nothing perfect in this world, everything has flaws, so does this... But its heart-touching story is enough for me to neglect its minor flaws.... This is fabulous indeed...
I think his biggest fault (besides not communicating with the one he loves) is his insistence to be impartial…
This is a great assumption.. I think makers should have taken some advice from the folks before making this drama... They made it mess without explanations...
I watched this since ep 1 dropped and kept with it till it was done and last week I re-watched it for the 4th…

They might talk in private, but we no longer are able to see them on one stage... This fan fiction truly became a huge blow.. especially to Xiao Zhan... So this was the whole case...
In my opinion, MDL should put on restriction on review section while a drama airs.... People can review after the drama finish airing even if they dropped it....
During the break, i rewatched all the episodes and I gotta say that Gu Jin is so misunderstood. He really tried…
I agree with most things but I think Gu Jin is not at fault....it is his responsibility to save everyone and it is unfair for Feng Yin to blame him.... I am feeling Bai Jue's personality in him... And it's so sad to see him what he has been going through... Everyone wants him to go according to them but no one caring what he actually wants...

To be honest, some fans don't know when to continue and where to stop... and what can you say about government.. both went extreme... Glad to meet you, who thinks like me on this matter!...
