That's really pleasing to hear that it's doing good. His dramas in 2021 got quite hate and low ratings despite being his one of best dramas, like ALP and FIYS. In my opinion these both are some best dramas we got from him.
I also think why he chose some mediocre scripts when he has quite good resources, some say it's not solely Xu…
I'm not quite informed about these agency stuff, but I hope that he'll get more good dramas in future and not be mistreated in dramas by giving supporting actors more screen time.
Finally..... Xu Kai got a good drama again with a good script writing and a female lead matching to him in terms of everything. I'm so excited for the journey of this drama. Already binge watched 10 episodes in just two days. He never disappointed me with his acting abilities and his acting is second to none. But I have to admit, his recent dramas were not really my liking, in terms of scripts and for other reasons. I watched them just for him. Those dramas were just a waste of his talent.
But they haven't uploaded even a single episode yet. I guess it's going to be at 7:00 pm in India

As Kokuto said it all, but I wanna add some more. If you like complex characters, complex decision making ability and portrayal of great emotions & politics, you must watch it. It's such a great drama and almost every character has something to pursue or has purpose in life other than just being a typical romantic love story. You may learn many life lessons.

So true! I feel the same when scrolling the comment section. We need to see things by being open minded and should try to understand all the characters. If we do it like this, there maybe one or two characters that should be hated and deserve to be real villians, but others have solid reasons for almost their every action whether it's Xiang Liu, Jing, Cang Xuan, Xiaoyao or anyone else like Xingyue and Emperors. By the way, my favourite characters are Wei Wuxian, Bai Jue and Xiang Liu, I have some more favs but these are the top in male leads.

I couldn't recall the exact numbers of episodes and scenes. There are three arcs of story. First from episode 1-16, second from 16-40 something, and remaining are for third arc.
In first arc, they fall in love early and confessed after 12 episodes but then FL died and they separated. This arc might seems some boring in first some episodes.
In second arc, they confessed their feelings early and there are a lot of sweet moments in this arc. You'll find a lot of hilarious moments and plot development & mystery of rebirth of lead characters. They got together early and separated in the last of this story arc.
Then in third arc, there are some misunderstanding and it's a heavy plot with a lot of emotional part. It started with separation and they got together in the end of the last episode. The villian is revealed and it ends with a good ending. This arc is my favourite in whole drama.
