He did it. While reading the novel, I always remember his expressions and face and imagined it with what I was reading, it gave my reading a level up and I could relate and felt all the emotions. That was so amazing experience for me and I became a more dedicated fan of him and Xiang Liu.

That's the point we all Xiang Liu fans are saying for this whole time. No one can deny his love for XY and no one can neglect her feelings for him.

Yes! They both love her very much and even knew their own faults.

She'll not end up with him. Their relationship is changed in Drama, it's not like this in book but I like drama's more. It's pretty hilarious at times.

I never said she didn't love Jing or love Xiang Liu more than Jing. She loved both. It's just a matter of choice that she never had a choice 'cause XL never gave her any. If he gave her then we would have seen what will happen and if she choose Jing or Xiang Liu. Yang Zi said this herself. That is an alternative story. And I believe that Jing deserves to be loved, not just pity. Xiaoyao's love for him is real and not pity. I admired his character but it doesn't lead me to neglect his shortcomings and same goes for Xiang Liu.

You define Xiang Liu as abuser and toxic again, then you should know Jing was the one who hurted her emotionally the most, when she was already so much hurted emotionally before that she never trusted anyone and afraid of having hopes. So you think, emotionally hurting a person is a good thing. And if you really want to know my perspective over these characters then please read the review I posted for this drama first.

Now I'm not going to clarify further about my perspective as I think we have quite different perspectives to see the things. So let's make peace, you be happy with yours and I'll be happy with mine, after all these are just characters not real people. I won't force anyone to accept mine and don't need everyone to agree with me, we are humans and have different way of seeing things. That's all.

I'm not YoaLiu shipper. I think she did right by choosing Tushan Jing, he is probably the best one for her, but nobody can neglect her feelings for XL as well. I never wanted her to choose XL as life partner 'cause he won't be able to being with her, but regardless this he is my favourite as character, not just for his ending up with Xiaoyao or not. If he confessed his love to her directly then they will definitely share the same fate as Qi Yo/ Chi Chen and A'Heng or might be worse than them.
