I had no idea about this scandal, but I really hated the series. I barely finished it because my friend liked it and really suggested, but that is now my least favorite series. No hate towards anyone, just disgusting trope of garbage hoarder.

I mean I understand support, like some actors having overcome some personal drama sometimes need it, but for dating someome?? This is really weird. I sometimes think what world coul have been if that much collective effort was used towards fighting something that really matters...

As someone who is obsessed with vampires and watched and read and played all of the vampire stuff in the history of humankind, I can tell you this is the worst on my list. I don't even know where do I begin, because absolutely everything is bad. The only thing I liked and relate to is the character saying "Acting so sucks like this" in English subs. One scene and next episode preview didn't have subs at all. You might say "Learn Thai, they aren't making series for you" and yet they did write names of "Blood Tank" and "Thaiwailaight city" in English for some reason. Sleeping in the coffin for 100 years is so "Heartbeat" (bad, but visually beautiful Korean dorama), and the cocktail making scene is so clearly "KinnPorsche" - even the outfit and the hand kiss match. If this was supposed to be a parody, viewers should have been warned. Also not funny. Rating this 1 out of 10 solely for Lee Long Shi, I just like him for no reason.

I have read the novel. Gear didn't just make unsolicited sex tape, he also raped Night, hence why Day did the same to Itt because Itt was the one who came up with this brilliant idea. It doesn't make any sense to me that absolutely every couple in the novel (and there are many) begins their relationship with rape and then just fall in love and live lovey-dovey together. There is no process, no point, no one is making any conclusions, no redemption arc, just rape-assault-more rape-more assault-victim starts loving being raped-marriage. Wtf.

In the novels everyone is a jerk and a rapist and then suddenly they turn to lovey dovey guys. The victims are all sassy kids, but also fall in love with their rapisist as assault progresses.

Literally every character except for the guard in the club who said about car accident and the resort manager were in the series. They are all played by different actors so maybe that got you confused. Series are much more confusing in my opinion, which is why I read the novels, but honestly I wish I never did haha.

I agree, but also the changes makes more sense to me because in the novel literally all couples begin their relationship with rape and I was like.... okay this can be a rapist club story, but there's absolutely no way they all end up marrying and living happily ever after, wtf. I think the author has a fixation of sorts.

I agree on stupid part, but it is true to the novel. None of the characters' actions make sense and their motivation isn't clear. It's like they rape someone and they like it, they continue doing it until both rapist and rape victim just fall in love and eat together.

Guys are cute, nc scenes are hot and interesting, but the story feels like they had 3 scripts while shooting and then just confused them. Story should have been better structured without loopholes and weird repetitions. Also I would personally prefer making it more dynamic. Despite all of the stuff I didn't like I think current ratings are still too low. It's solid 7 out of 10, not 5.

Yes, I think you are absolutely right! Look at Hollywood making John Wick Belarusian and calling him Baba Yaga, which is literally derogatory word for a woman in Russian language lol. But also every time Japanese do takes on Bible and even deeper Jewish religious mythology, they always do something amazing. For example Evangelion and Angel Sanctuary are such a deep philosophical twist I can't help but gush about it as someone who did religious studies at the university, so I mean.

If there ever was ever a contest for most annoying female leads in BL (which they are most of the time), these series would definitely win it.
"There was only one bed" trope is super popular and can be very well made. However this one is done with zero imagination and is absolutely unbelievable. They show a huge multitple store building with more than one personnel member working 24/7 and they can't lockpick the accidentally closed door? The door is by the way so thin and plywood that probably I could've broken it by just pushing with some force, let alone 2 able bodied men. Okay probably they didn't want to do it and kindly asked one guest to allow stranger to share a bed with him and he what just agreed? And the next day as well? Also they say there is a shared shower, they have a half an hour detailed conversation about it, and it ends up in second guy's room? Ugh I dunno, badly written boring sketch. If they removed all the annoying ladies on the phone and at the hotel and just made it a slow wavelike paced story of two men stranded on a beach hotel over New Years it would be amazing. But... no. When the photographer was constantly trying to picture one and the same spot of the beach where another one was standing... I would just break his nose I swear. Even a sketch like that can be written as a romantic action with a twist, but instead there is this boring meh.
