The bright colors are actually 1 of the things that stand up from all other BL and i loved. Ps. There was another…
I see what you mean. It is probably enhanced in post production by upping the contrast, sharpness and colour saturation just to make it all slightly brighter than it really is. They are indeed already bright colours, but I think they enhanced it digitally on top of that.
Anyone else comes straight here after watching an episode? Will be sad when this is over. I love everything about…
Yeah. I like Asian dramas because they always conclude unlike Western dramas that go on for decades and then leave us hanging when they get cancelled. Anyway, Theses guys are part of the same company so its not a long shot they will work together again like in the past.
They wanted to dump the drugs in the truck somewhere public so that people know that Tawi runs an illegal drug…
With 2 episodes to the end (including this one), unfortunately they seem to be rushing to finish so this weak plot line emerged. I also found the plan confusing and a bit ill thought out - but hey, TVLand.
I don't think it really matters how he found out. They were all there for at least 3 hours at the hospital if not more. I am sure he probably read the group chat or something if it wasn't Gumpa or even Todd informants. Either way the plot moves along and there are more important things to think about.
Thats the question. It could be that they don't have enough screen-time to spend with him or they are keeping him quiet and a mystery for a purpose because I know more about Todd and his motivations in a few minutes of screen time and I know nothing about Gumpa and he's had more screen time than Todd.

Black is still part of the group as far as I am aware. I am sure someone managed to send a message in the 3-6…
I am sure Gumpa is on it as he usually is. I think they were going for the viewer being excited for Black showing up unexpectedly rather than show us that someone is calling the rest of the team in for backup. I think the only reasons no one "cared" for Black is because they were trying not to bring him and White in the same scenes and they wanted more screen time for White character and the romance part. They always fob Black off to the Todd scenes while White stays with Sean and the gang. They are really trying hard not to have the twins together as much as possible especially in a group setting most likely due to budget and difficulty in splicing those scenes together in post. I personally found that whole hospital scene trying. The whole group was there like sitting ducks for hours, not really thinking of much of an escape plan or next steps aka Plan B. Everyone just sitting there waiting to be arrested. If it wasn't Dan, it would have been anyone else on the force. At least some cops would have shown up to question them before even knowing what they were up to. They are trying to wrap the show up quickly and are taking short cuts in storytelling now. It's a bit of a shame. They seem to have a lot of story to tell but little time now - on the other side of things is Cutie Pie and Enchante with very little story to tell stretched over many episodes. I wish some of that time and budget was given to this one to end it well.
I need more time to process this ep to be honest. The betrayal I could see it coming a mile away, ever since Dan…
Black is still part of the group as far as I am aware. I am sure someone managed to send a message in the 3-6 hours they were at the hospital for waiting for Yok to wake up such as Gumpa who always seems to know whats going on whether people tell him or not. He is always prepared. I am just surprised it took the police 3-6 hours to show up because the hospital would have reported a gunshot wound asap. How convenient.
They got Black and White finally in the same scene with everyone else at the same time and didn't really do anything with it. Finally Black came to help them. How he get away from Todd though? Secret deal? I might have not seen it coz the Todd Black scenes made me nervous.
Is this as good as the 2009 one? Because that one was awesome and I have watched it several times over the years since it came out and it still holds up.
I agree, Nanon in the Gifted was not great with the acting skills so I was a bit dubious about how Bad Buddy would turn out but I went for Ohm. However, Nanon is really coming along with his acting skills now. I am not sure whether to start watching this. I love Singto though so I will try.
I still think this show is holding true to its purpose. It is exploring 3 relationship developments and a realistic view of the struggles within relationships. The one thing it does not do however, is spell everything out, which so many viewers of teen and fluffy romance dramas are so used to. Every feeling and reasons is in the body language and the eyes and what is left unsaid. It was never a drama about two people simply falling in love. It was an exploration of how that develops through every day struggles and when plans go awry. How do couples cope with the ultimate change in the relationship. No one stays in the romance stage for the whole of their relationship..... so how are these couples going to navigate the difficulties together. I like the questions that the show throws up because it isn't simply a 'romance' drama thats all fluffy and cute and then that is it. The time jump makes sense because we already saw how these two were going and nothing was going to change. All those feelings of abandonment, insecurity, and at the same time trying to be considerate of the others dreams where eating away at each other for various reasons. It so real that some couples try not to rock the boat with each other (especially young people like them) to the extent, what should be said, is not said and the animosity grows. They are now in a stale mate. The time jump will signify the point where Torn can feel he can now move forward with his life and they both have to figure out if it is still going to be with each other. What have they learned through this experience? How to be better partners, how not to devote your all to your significant other and not develop yourself to be independent? If they have this growth in their characters, then for this show , whether they ultimately end up together or not, I will not be upset. This is more of a growing up type of show that isn't sugar coated.
I find Max incredibly stunning in this series. I don't now what they did but he is pure eye candy in this show.
Meanwhile: I am praying someone styles Nat better - his hair and clothes are just a mess and bothers me every time he is on screen. Please at least fix his hair!?
Honestly, this ep felt a little dragged out, they could have covered everything in about half that time, but it…
Yeah, I have been feeling they have been dragging things since episode 2. I guess they don't have that much content to stretch for 12 episodes... I am getting a little worried now because I was hugely disappointed by enchante while waiting for this to start airing and now Im dubious of my feelings towards it too.
Did Lian really just pull a Bluebeard with his "you can do anything in this house but open this one myterious…
I am pretty sure its just a toilet since the secretary came out of there zipping up his fly. He probably wants to save him from bad odours. This show is not that deep.
