Title Cutie Pie
They didn't give us an episode today but they did give us behind the scenes footage airing on Youtube right at this moment and subbed too! Amazing!

If u have vpn n wetv app subtitles are better if u put Taiwan VPN up to 26
It’s okay thanks. I like the better quality of picture and it seems the subbers on Viki are relatively quick. The series is almost over so I think I can wait. I only use dramacool as a very last resort.

Yeah I already tried but I need to purchase a VIP subscription and I am not sure I want to do that at this time as theres not much else I want to watch and have time to watch. The series is almost over so I may just have to hold out.

Once again I didn't realise this was currently airing when I picked this up. It also happened to be really fun to watch and I want more! At least it is almost near the end but I am busy waiting for Viki subbers to sub this weeks eps.

Just finished ep 9, dragging myself each time. Reading some comments, it seems I'm the only one who can't feel…
Did you manage to make it and was it worth it? I have been struggling to get through this for a year now if not more. I am 15mins into episode 5 and I don't think I can make it!

Yes
I agree. In the early episodes I wasn't a fan at all, but over time it actually works. They develop them both very well.

He has formal education but this isn't everything you need to suceed. He has book wise and she street/life wise…
Yes, this is what I picked up too. They both very green to the ways of the world, each bringing their own strengths and weaknesses yet complimenting each others failings in order to grow stronger together.

Title The Autumn Ballad Spoiler
Just got to the ending and haven’t had time to sort it out in my mind just yet. I would rather someone help…
What do you mean? When his mother passed away? She just said that to protect his image of his mother so he wouldn't find out his mother's secret. Just like he tried to keep that little girl from knowing her father was a criminal. But he saw through her "confession" and went looking for her through publishing his book to ensure she knew it was him who wrote it and would see his proclamation of love and to tell her that he knows she did not kill his mother. This is why he refused to change his pen name. In the end she saw the book and the last note from him at the same time he found her on the cliff. (It seemed having her address as well was useless at that time anyway). Yes perhaps the ending was rushed and final conflict unnecessary, but it was a standard trope so it made sense how it played out in those last few minutes because it's a trope as old as time. They really wanted to squeeze one last bit of angsty drama in the end there. Although I would have been happy if they ended it an episode before. They really tried to tidy up all loose ties, but I had forgotten most of the last bits and was a bit upset they made the other Officer tarnished by bribing her to conceal the truth of her family's demise when he ended on a high note as a noble man (ish) in the episode before. Then they went and did that to the mother when I was quite ready for everyone to live happily ever after. Ugh. I enjoyed most of it though quite nicely up to that point.

I’m enjoying this a lot more than I thought I would
Same! It's everything I would have wanted to see in this type of drama romance. No annoying characters and the intrigue was good throughout. Good, steady pacing. Excellent character developments. Love the strengthening of the family over time. Love that they had the empress keep her promise. I was worried they may have made her complicit in the schemes but glad they didn't. Love all the characters and how all their motives and motivations were justified and made sense to their characters. Really well done.

Don't want this one to end! AND don't want another sad ending! :)
This type of show won't end sad, don't worry. It's not that kind of show.

How is this drama in terms of pacing?
And when they say cliche - its thick with every cliche in the book but it knows it and plays to it- like a parody of all the old dramas and they really drive it home and you will see how. It's quite clever. I have to admit, this made the first 2 eps difficult to watch but actually... it grows on you and its simple and cute.

I wasn't expecting much from the show since I did find it slow and lacking in any real substance or storyline…
LOL true

Personally, I haven't been super into most of the pairs. haha I'm just strange I suppose.
Yes, I like Tay in general. I really did not like Tay and New - so awkward. But New was also awkward with Earth so I think New should step away from the BL and find something he is more comfortable with. Yeah Singto and Ohm do have a friendly vibe but I also liked them a lot in He's coming to me. Singto is a good actor.

From the new 2021-2022 line up(so far) I'm gonna say yes. But, I've seen worse from GMMTV to be honest. TonhonCholantee…
I mean, Tonhon isn't great and had its problems as you mentioned and the ending was also ridiculous (but the whole show was ridiculous but still enjoyable because it was) but I would still rewatch it as it was silly, charming and pacing was better. Easier to watch. It's like watching a play done by friends. Tee loved Ton so much but also stood up for himself when Ton disrespected him. This was like one of those old stage shows where everyone was just overdramatic characters, so it can be grating if you are used to seeing more casual straight-laced romance. The whose who of BL were all in it. I am likely to rewatch that than rewatch Enchante. This was just terrible. I mean it was bad before with slow pace and hardly any storyline or subtance to fill an episode, but ep 10 made it just terrible.

Well all above ships had a good or at last popular series.... I don't think anyone would recommend watching Enchante…
Is Cupid's last with the new EarthMix. I was going to watch it, then read some reviews briefly and decided to leave my view of EathMix intact with TOATS.

Same I also don't get into ships because they are actors after all and shouldn't be restricted with their co-partners but I have to say - MaxTul do work very well together consistently. I also like OffGun because they have grown so well together and seem to really push each other to improve, but as much as I like them for nostalgia, I would like to see what they can do beyond each other. At least I know Gunn has his projects and is amazing actor. Singto - never felt any chem with Krist but Singto is so shippable with so many of his co actors and thats what a good actor should be able to do - expand their repetoire and work with different people in different parts. The rest were meh. I love Ohm with anyone. I finally could stomach Earth in ToATS - he found his footing and was comfortable with his co-actor and I could finally see his acting skills. I don't think his previous roles suited him at all - he was always so awkward.

"A self-absorbed, high maintenance brat." That is exactly what Theo is and has been for the whole series! How…
OMG the more good points people address the more that episode has me reeling in anger and annoyance. Theo really did NOTHING the entire time. His lazy ass just sat there and waited. That poor boy, Akk, worked so hard the entire time even when he didn't want to be involved with the drama and then slogged away to get to his love and leave everything he loves behind just for that spoilt bratt. UGH! I can't feel happy at how this turned out in the end. Its so bad. I really really hope that Cutie Pie gets less toxic so I can have a decent ending that I am not gonna be mad with like this.

Honestly, I think Akk's sister was used to convince him not to fight for what he wanted. Putting silly ideas into…
See I don't even think it was the sister. It was clearly the director and writers trying to lazily create drama and make it so Akk has yet another hurdle to 'prove' himself. He was the last person who had to prove himself though! Theo should have been proving himself since he hasn't done anything to show he likes Akk enough to fight for him and declare his love for him either! What the sister should have told Akk was to forget Theo because he lied to you, he hasn't even told you he loves you and now he is not taking your calls, going out late with some other guy and then leaves without even talking to you at all about anything. They only person who remembers you have a boyfriend is you Akk. Theo doesn't love you as much as you love him. Let him go.
