Yes but we already saw all that from the trailer so it definitely wasn't surprising. In the trailer they fought and then realised who each of them were. Trailers don't make stuff up. They just give snapshots of moments that may not be in order. But this was really cut and dry.

To me, what happened in the trailer was exactly what happened in the episode. How it played out was exactly how I thought it would play out because, you know, ... TV.

Well he did say to him "Now do you believe you are being followed?" I think it was a preplanned meet up so he could prove that he is in danger. I think it was a conversation they did not put into the episode so i think Dan expected Yok to be around.

There are two fights going and its the one with the black hoodie and grey pants, not the red shirt as they both have metal bars in them. It's a trailer, not a pilot. Regardless if it’s from the trailer and the order of scenes, the shot at end of ep 8 is from the same scene in the trailer - same location and clothes and atmosphere. It would be too expensive and a waste of time to shoot scenes that don’t exist for the sole purpose of a trailer. Because Black is wearing the black hoody and grey pants it is the start of the fight and then they end up face to face.

I am sorry I am really struggling to understand what you are trying to say from all your posts above, I understand you may not be a native English speaker. Do you mean that you think from previous episodes whenever White was attacked like when he was strangled by Sean, Black should have felt it in hospital but you are disappointed they didn't come back to the twin connection thing they showed in the first two episodes? So you think he came back or wakes up because of one of those "attacks"? It could be possible indeed if they come back to that twin connection thing (I don't think its the main point of the story, just a plot device to move things along). Either way, Black is back and they fight each other and apparently thats how they say hello now.
