I've come to the (self reached) conclusion that episodes that are shorter than the standard 43 or 45 minutes probably had scenes cut due to censorship. It's was bugging me for a while, but censorship is brutal.
Also, given what they were doing the last few moments of episode 30, it's safe to assume the 5 minutes was cut due to censorship

I kind of hate the fact that we already know Fusheng is going to succeed.
Like, why is this lackey insanely powered up to challenge ancient forces.
Why did Xingzhi have to get injured. I just wish we won't have the bad guys win anything, but then the flow would be too predictable

Their interactions are top tier, sure.
And lady Jin was a nice addition today. I like her seductive vibe and Non chalant attitude.
I'm just a little pissed that they still got the demon core.
It's a little annoying that we have maybe 2 of the oldest and powerful entities alive and Fusheng's gang still manages to cause havoc. But then, fusheng has been planning for over a 1,000 years and is really powerful with his own skills. Do I can forgive that frustrating titbit.
Shen Li is just understanding that Xingzhi has made up his mind. When she woke up she was still mentioning her engagement as if that was even a remote possibility

There couple moments are basically sugar. Super sweet.
Whenever they're in the mortal world, or both not using their real identifies, the vibe is she's the boss. The serious one or even the older one. And he is the soft one.
Once they both get back to their proper identities, it seems to me that they switch. She becomes the soft one and he becomes the boss. A silly boss sure. But mature and responsible.
And our sibling duo definitely redeemed themselves by going all out to support our leads. They should make more characters like this.

I think Xingzhi just really likes that formation.
He used the same formation (rocking chair and tree) in the divine realm too. It's probably cause of its ability to restore energy that he sets all his houses like that

About today's episodes, o really enjoyed Shen li being soft and mushy.
Zhao liying acted amazing as someone recovering from severe injuries. Right when she woke up after the nails were taken out was done to perfection. Slow like there's still a little pain, and emotional soft that she couldn't bare to care about responsibilities and roles with all she has gone through.
The timeline is pretty logical too. The escape was 3 or 4 months after that fight.
This story just has my heart with how logical and reasonable it's proceeding. I can actually see the logic

I'm really loving the show so far.
It's keeping me in my feels and I'm glad. I had high expectations that it's meeting.
Shen li proves to be amazingly reasonable in every episode. Her thoughts about mofang are perfect

Yeah, love does change things. Like the 3rd prince said, he betrayed his tribe cause he had been discriminated against since childhood. So there was no motivation to suffer in order to keep them safe. And Shen Li's love (subordinate sure) and care for him helped prevent him from being totally bad.
And Shen Li's master's love is a significant contribution to her amazing character

In Zhao liying's "the Legend of Fei" the FL wasn't annoying.
But all the secondary cast were very very annoying.
I just found it enjoyable for the ML and FL who were surprisingly the most sensible and reasonably behaved of all the characters.

I agree the setup is annoying.
But the way I understand it, the Divine and Immortal realms are just allies, like contemporaries. No one is really superior to the other.
The best they can do is offer a helping hand if another realm needs it. That's why Shen li was really angry at the beginning that they shouldn't be compromising to accommodate the divine realm, especially since they're more combat capable in the immortal realm.
Unfortunately for the immortal realm, they're the ones with chaos in their land so they need the help if the divine.
Other than that, yes the reaction of the divine realm in this case was stupid. They didn't even send armies to support relieve efforts, just a small case of drugs. They're terrible allies. Terrible managers. In all, I think the heavenly Lord is just a terrible ruler. His people are not competent at all and they're too lax. Furong is suffering from over pampering and over sheltering.

Honestly, some scenes actually show the contrast between them.
At the begining I used to get really scared that she'll maybe break or something.
I had to logically remind myself that they finished filming a long time ago and I can see her well in a lot of interviews since then.

I just started watching cause the reviews are mostly nice, I like the ML and I need something to occupy my mind for a while. But I feel for terrible about Ma Kui.
Since the spoilers mention a love interest I take it his wife won't last long, but his life is so unfair.
Why does he not have peace or a little downtime to enjoy life.
I'm all for slice of life but this set up is designed to break hearts and I avoid that at all cost, real life is enough
It's so unfair and sad to me. I already set myself to not be too attached to his character since I already know how it ends, but he is so likable it's hard for me to be detached. I can feel a heartbreak over losing him while I'm just at episode 2. I'm not sure if I can push through...

I honestly would have expected someone to say the ML is annoying, but the FL???
How, the babe us so logical, she doesn't drag anything and they even add her thoughts which help us understand her perspective better

If you find it thrash... Just drop it.
You're even free to sit a review hating it, but why go against the fans and actors.
It's all at a person's discretion. Everyone can't love a show, it's not your thing then drop it. The FL that's one of the most logical and clearheaded in cdrama land. I'd like to see your recommendations if you find this amazing gem in cdrama land annoying. That means you must be watching actual angels
And haven't you realized that there really isn't a typical 2nd FL?
Yonglan is just a character in the divine, why do you have to say she's ugly? And why can't her character be "ugly".
Just leave the show and the page to something that's for you. Most likely that'll be a mini drama, cause your comprehension skills seem suited to that.

I know I said I'll wait till Monday but I think I'll just watch today's own before I wait for episodes to binge.
The more I watch, the more I hate the divine realm. They're really useless, but I'm trying to calm myself down that it's normal for people to become lax in times of peace. And to be fair, their realm has no problems. The main bad guy is from the immortal realm, the chimels are in the immortal realm too.
But it's so hard to not hate incompetent people. How can a message for help be delayed by 5 whole days.
And their own investigation on a very embarrassing and large scale destruction be aimless for 3 days

Story of minglan is a show that can make you fall in love with cdrama.
All the plot points were well done, they everything had a good conclusion. I kind of wished they were more lovey dovey for longer especially after she gave her all.
I also worried about the effect of the trauma she suffered soon after giving birth, but after 73 episodes, I can forgive some flaws.
Zhao liying has such a good vibe, she was the star of the show I became her fan from here. Her characters are the ideal woman to me. It seems to me that she makes her costars shine. I've watched it so many times I believe I can tell every episodes plot point (although I generally skip the young Lord's part)

This is the most logical reason I've read so far.
