At this point, this show should be called 'Why You Should Not Date Your Boss'. I guess we see through the lead characters' perspectives, that these are just ordinary romantic relationships that happened to occur at the workplace. But with how the plot is unraveling, it's like they're saying you're putting your career on the line if you date your bosses at work. Especially if you are a woman, it's true that if you're caught in some relationship scandal at work, you WILL get the short end of the stick (not even mentioning how Korea is such a misogynistic country at that). And it seems like even the show is asking us this question -- is that really worth it??

On another note, I can never imagine myself dating my subordinate or boss. There was one scene where FL sweetly drives ML to the office, then at work she fiercely berates him about a poorly written report. Then on the way home from work, she switches back to sweet girlfriend mode and makes up to the upset boyfriend. Dude, that kind of dynamic is just unthinkable! But if it's between co-workers at the same level, that's understandable to me.

Title Filing for Love Spoiler
Honestly, this show is so refreshing among the other romance dramas! I'm satisfied with the boldness of the plot…
Atp, koreans are specialists at making a whole controversy out of nothing. One look at the negative comments and it's mostly conservative people trying to sound politically correct by criticizing the drama for "belittling a profession". Seriously, there is literally nothing lewd or inappropriate about that scene?!

Like goodness, Perfect Crown and Yumi's Cells are right there if they want a PG13 romance.

So far fun and witty, raunchy but not that much, story is nothing amazing yet but it works because the leads are very good comedic actors.

There's a big difference between rom coms where the leads are in charge of being pretty while the supporting actors carry the comedy, and shows like this where the main characters themselves aren't afraid to look ridiculous.

So, don't cry when AI takes over your job as an actress, since you're embracing it and all.
Dude, do you lack basic comprehension? She just said AI advancement can't be avoided so it should be used properly and the industry should be prepared to enforce protections. That's a realistic and politically correct answer. What do you want her to say instead? AI is evil because it might steal actors' jobs and it should be eradicated? 🙄

Open marriage themes are coming to Kdramas now? It just doesn’t appeal to me. No wonder people say Kdramas are…
Firstly, I don't think they will be bold enough to feature a lead character in an open marriage in a prime time romance drama. Second, depicting something that rich people actually do irl isn't a lack of "substance", it's just being realistic. I don't find cold rich CEOs falling head over heels over the female employee plots much more meaningful.

Ah yes because people are pretty they could be royality .... let me remind you that most royal families are at…
I mean, the director said it's because they were "refined and high class" (cos idk, maybe they are actually celebrities who are taught to act decently and are indeed in the upper class?)

I'm nitpicking but I don't like this title. It sounds cheesy and so... not subtle, compared to My Mister and especially My Liberation Notes, which was poetic. Nevertheless the writer makes this worth looking forward to.

Lol, why do I feel like I might prefer that to be the main plot of the drama 🤔

Oh, sounds very possible actually. And I don't mind seeing an angsty backstory between KJW and SHS

If it's the case then they will probably make her the victim in the relationship (since it's impossible for a romcom to have a cheating, morally corrupt FL). Maybe something like (spoilers) the FL's sister situation in Our Unwritten Seoul

I guess the show's message is to lower your standards for men... (jk)

Auditors that handle office affairs, FL hiding a secret about her dark past... Her secret is that she was (unknowingly) involved in an affair, wasn't she? Same logic as Good Partner, FL was a divorce lawyer struggling with her own divorce.
