someone had commented a few days ago that her role wasn't this big and that they're just over using that character to give the actress more screen time . I thought it was weird that zhi xi is listed as a character yet ying deng gets more screen time than zhi xi.

It’s a annoying because her presence is overdone and she’s stalling the plot. Her tricks are getting old and her character really lacks novelty(she’s overused) so she’s not a pleasing antagonist 🤷🏿♀️

However all things aside he apologized to the girl and gave her money because it was granted to her via formal complaint so its documented that he beat her and broke her ribs (he admits) even if she lied about the other things. I didn't keep up JD trial but I do realize now that they were fighting a defamation case so I guess it's similar in this regard. I just couldn't put them in the same category because my mind was focused on the fact that JD was the one being abused while KHJ was the abuser. I acknowledge your stance in regards to both getting defamed however for KHJ it doesn't change what he did to that girl. He is still an abuser so it's not just gossip. If he wants redemption for his past mistakes he should do it by action not just words like prevention programs to reduce violent tendencies . People are fickle we easily look for reasons to go back just like me that's why I came to is page I want a reason to support him again but when it's something this serious we want to see the person is making an effort to change their behavior otherwise there'll just be another victim. I thoroughly enjoyed his work which is why it was heartbreaking.

To be honest it's not as good as it's predecessors and I waited so long for it to air so it's a bit overhyped nonetheless I'm emotionally invested . Everyday I was here checking to see an air date so it's a bit disappointing but not enough to drop. I think there's still a lot of potential, but I just wish they would stop dragging the show with the lamp lady.

I thought since its airing while immortal samsara is airing it wouldn't be that serious but I'm open minded. I would like DW to prove me wrong . How was the novel ?
I'm worried the male lead doesn't look awe imposing he looks like a cute flower boy type I'm curious how he'll tackle a demon lord. The character is giving an older man to me and DW just looks too cute even with a straight face. I guess this might be kind of a light hearted filler drama type?
