What I question is how free her choice to follow his really is, will she feel guilty if she does not follow his instructions? Or will she follow them purely out of the feeling of this is what I need to do, I am so happy there is a person out there who cares for me, I chose to do as it says. And that is where the consent comes in, what hold does he have on her, did she give him her consent to rearrange her apartment or was it imposed on her. Is he using a psychological hold on her to impose his idea of what is good for her. Is she consenting to this by choosing to follow what he wrote? Do you understand where I am going with this or did I just make this even more complicated than the subject is?

Thank you, I completely understand your reaction to CLOY, For me that scene was maybe a tad triggering and reminded me of a light version of a person trying to control another person. I should probably have worded it differently since I really had a hard time with that one and wanted to show that what is caring and what is controlling is really not that simple. As well as mention that people can be controlled even without a person being present, but I do not think there is definite conclusion to weather it was all caring or controlling.

1. Why revenge porn is even a thing is complicated and has both to do with double standards, good old fashioned sexism and how women's bodies and shame has been used to control women for a very long time. In many societies it will be shameful for a man to be a so called virgin while women are taught to keep their chastity with such words as who will buy the cow if they get to drink the milk for free and any kind of show of interest in sexual activities may be viewed as promiscuous which has negative connotations. This is ofcourse horrible for both sexses, men who do get sexually assaulted find it even harder to speak up because as a man the idea of not always being open for business is outside the norm. Sorry if I am making this more complicated. In simple words it has to do with how society view women as opposed to how they view men, as the guy said in law school, no one will notice me on there I will be deemed a hero while your life will be ruined...

I understand your point, I was trying to show that it is not always clear what is controlling or caring, this one I my self am not sure of but there can be a psychological hold (I am not saying there was one here) that can also be used from a far making it hard to delete or just throw the notes away. But you do make a valid point, and I will not argue about it.

Thank you for noticing my efforts 🤭 I can spend anything between a week and several months going back and fourth writing, collecting material, screenshots etc. So yes it takes time. For the kissing section I probably spent a whole day just researching kisses (My memory is not as good as it looks like) it was so much fun. Lilac also helped me out and made a few of the gifs. But I don't know the exakt amount of time. I had fun writing this, making and choosing between the gifs and am pretty pleased and proud of the result. So it was worth every minute ❤

This is so very complicated it is hard to know where to start and it is easy to get discouraged. There is also internalized sexism as well as the problem that people who lack awareness often gain more on an individual level by siding with the opressors. But by raising awareness things can sloooooooooooooooooowly change.
