Short, Sweet, Simple
This is a showcase of 4 different genres of first love youth, sch-fi, tragedy and office all of which seem to be slightly obsessed with the number seven.The delivery is simple and so are the different settings, there is a sense of longing and bubbly meets introvert in all four couples but other than that each story takes very different paths and turns. The delivery is decent for a low budget production as I could feel the emotions even if I wouldn´t count on any of these boys winning any awards any time soon.
An okay watch, but nothing really special either.

A real terjeker among the stars.
There are so many beautiful portrayals of stars in this drama that I think I may fall in to tears the next time I look at the sky. As I honestly can not remember crying this much during a drama since 1 litre tears. So obviously this is a drama that made me feel stuff, stuff I didn't even know I had in me. So even if the drama was not perfect, and made me a bit uncertain how to feel about certain parts of the drama such as he dragging out the depressed to make them do stuff thing . And there may be some parts that are made a bit to simple but the way our female lead was not cured by a week of fun upped the score a bit. Basically I guess it got to me.The subject of loss, guilt, depression and suicide are never easy and I could not tell if it was the moments of smiles, humour and happiness that made me cry more or the way the female lead conveys her emotions (or lack of emotions) so well. The contrast between the cheerful teen and the numb adult hit really hard, so did her different interactions with her friends form the past and those who tried to save her.
This show dares to show men who are both are vulnerable, introverted, bubbly, sporty... nerdy. there is a show of deep friendships, sweet smiles, flirting, jealousy, I guess Life and then cut to how a persons death can affect so many of these relationships, And does it without shaming our highly depressed female lead. It also offers some of this years most powerful lines.

"I can't imagine in how much pain you are in"
There is also a slight hint of LGBTQ+ rep in this that could make for a nice sequel of life goes on...
Definitely a drama I recommend just make sure to have tissues.
P.s the male lead and his friend are extremely charming with smiles that can melt anyones heart

Plotless fluff...
Lovely cast, lovely friendships, lovely romance a bit draggy but the couples do have great dynamics and are fun to watch especially the quiet dude but to be honest nothing really ahppens in this 30 episode so called drama... AS there really very little to non drama, nothing really interesting happens, some things could happen but just don´t...There is not really anything to make you feel the need to find out what will happen next as it just is...
That sid there are some good lines and moments of sweet and lovely fluff but the loveliness of those is whipped out by the slightly preachy tone to the dialog. And while it is nice to see a male lead use words like consent and respect, a rare occurrence in cs that should have me giving this a 10 I just find myself missing. a plot....
Kisses are blocked so many times I was wondering if I would get a display of balloons to mask the kiss if they ever got there... but once people start to kiss they make up for it so while my a part f me is saying this could be a great fluffpieace with a lot of rare gems the quality of the storytelling just is not there so my heart says 7,5.
In a time of AI I can´t help but wonder if the writers took a few to many short cuts...

An easy binge, fun characters and interesting takes on marriage
An easy binge that shows a whole lot of relationships and ways to approach the issue of marriage... Be it facing the pressure to get married, finding ones own path or the whole system of marriage.To be honest it does get a bit preachy at times and seems to have a very clear agenda telling the viewers to question the restrains the institution of marriage often brings.
It also has a whole lot of interesting discussions about healthy and less healthy relationships as well as the diffrence between slight jealousy and possessiveness driven by male rivalry. While slight jealousy can be cute and may have elements of love possessiveness does not. There is also an interesing show of different perspectives to the same situation. And while a lot of western shows will show women desperate to get married it is kind of refreshing to see men try to hold on to the institution of marriage while the women are the ones to try to oppose it.
The characters in this are lovely, while there are a lot of "eeeh" the over the top comedy is held to a minimum.
The found family, friendships and ways they talk about life in general can get to be a bit draggy and is not what I would say revolutionary but it is pretty ok and holds an okay balance between fluff, prechyness and just a slice of life in general.
A decent watch, that even htough it has some episodic elements is still easy to watch and has a decent red thread that runs through it...

“Flowers make no sound, yet they contain words that can convey many feelings”
I started watching this drama and before I knew it, it was already over, as it mangaged to captivate me from the start and just kept a hold of me with interesting characters, connections, fears and dare I say one of few dramas with a whole lot of helaing elements that do not make me want to fast forward or throw a shoe at the screen.
The characters are human, real humans with real emotions struggling with love, life and dealing with the world around them all in their own way. Lovable most of time but in need of a lesson or ten in making their own decisions instead of making decisions for others.
I am not sure if I love teh main couple, the siblings or or the best friend, female leads mom or the sign language teacher the most as they are all so different yet so lovable.
I love the dialog, the symbols, gazes, the way they do show a bunch of issues without becoming preachy or pitiful, even the tears in this are well done. And while there are a bunch of stuff I admit could be done better the overall feel of this drama is positive making me overlook the less great parts and giving this a well deserved 9.

It is all in the shades...
This is a morally ambiguous story about a naive man who moves to Hong Kong to seek a better life for himself and his girlfriend but finds himself changing as fast as the city and well... ends up taking all kinds of turns that may or may not give him and the girl a better life but also throw him on a journey of change, lust and falling in love with someone else than the girl he was supposed to seek a better life for.There is a strange realism to this story playing with shades of morality and taking us away from the one true love many seem to adore.
Our female lead is really fun, cool and great at speaking her mind while still showcasing some kind of voulnarabilaty and the ability to keep two ideas in her head at the sam time.
There are some interesting lines and schenes that show about relativity and change.

This was fun
Finally a drama about bad parents, bad spouses, bad friendships, and a hint of divorce is no only necessary but may save a persons life... Done kind of odd. As this drama mixes a bunch of my beloved clices ads a moment of confusion interesting twists (some more predictable than others) and mote or less enjoyable characters.The good ones may do questionable things but are so good they make you cringe at times.... The villains are so evil it is hard to feel for them. That said they did make it very clear how difficult it can be to break loose...
Even while knowing the ending... fighting back agains those close does take its tool.
That said there are several parts in this drama that made me go :Oh come on... and oh no shi***.... As some twists could be sensed a 14 episodes in advance.
This is not a. masterpiece but a fun watch for those who can appreciate a man who can wait, wrist grabs, evil, gaslighting and a different twist to the secound chance go back in time romance.

Poetry at its darkest
This is one of those grey movies that tackle a very serious issue or maybe even several serious issues by looking at them from bystanders point of view. With very low entertainment value but high artistic, depth and I guess emotional value. An in-depth window to the value of the less affluent female population of the world.This is a mans world, a world obsessed with the third leg... A world where that third leg can be used to completely opress someone else ln the name of boys will be boys or in the name of a mans got needs...
Like poetry every word is a symbol in this movie every shot seems to symbolise something, nothing in this was left to chance from the color of the flowers to the direction of the wind.. Though there are a lot of flowers and somewhat colorfull patterns they all seem to be shown though a filter of grey... and the only light that seems to be in sight is the fading memory of our female lead...

A bag of chips/crisps...
This is a pretty little production, with steamy kisses, lovely banter and a surprisingly entangled story for the short format. It is also one of those shows that you know lacks all substance and is probably not really good for your health but you watch it anyway,The leads do a decent job acting have great chemistry and do look at each other like pray, ready to devour the other at any moment, the OST has this 007 feel to it and so does the cinematography. While the leads seem to be able to act, the money did not cover acting lessons or any type of coaching for the rest of the cast as they had less expressions than an icile lead at the begining of a drama. The little sister supposedly grown up acted like a toddler and well that is a bout it.
An okay watch for the gazes and the banter but nothing wow.

Cotton Candy With a Cherry on Top
This is one of those fluffy dramas, a true cotton candy type of drama with some sweet insecurity, and lovely inner monolog and just enough drama to keep the cotton candy from melting in the sun.Though the characters are at time a little bit over the top in their execution of emotions and I am not really sure if this actually has any substance (it is cotton candy drama after all). I still enjoyed it as the over the top did not over top the fluff... And indeed I did feel like the show left me wanting more an not less...
So for those in need of a little extra dose of sugar this is a good place to find it.
P.s. the side characters are lovely, you may want to look at the vase on the table and there is a really pretty picture of an umbrella in the background.

Fun Watch that is Dear To Mt Too.
Gangsters are people too, rich people not so much... and forced co habitation can lead to a love that goes beyond stabbing, blood baths and what not... This is also a drama that teaches us the complete distrust towards authorities the schools of Taiwan seem to have since they rather invite a gang to investigate drug-dealing in the school instead of what one would think the more conventional choice of police could be...We also get to meet a poor geek who is forced to let in a rich gangster in to his home against his will. The gangster is fun, sweet, and could use a lesson or ten in respecting others boundaries but other than being a gangster who is gets a bit to close to a minor (17 year old so not that big of a deal, where I live it is totally legal), The poor geek is the perfect cold male lead and it is a pleasure to watch him grow.
The second couple too has some (a lot) of issues, and should probably serve more time behind bars than out in the open. But they do seem to show some kind of remorse and understand right from wrong as well as show that there are circumstances that call for stabbing... Aware or not hey just do not really seen to be able to stick to what one would think is the right path or close to some kind of path that could keep them out of danger but that is what makes the gangsters of this show human...
The kisses in this show are surrounded by fluff, so are the make out sessions and moments of cringy romance giving us a nice balance between fluff and puddles of blood.
An entertaining, easy bing watch with decent chemistry and not to bad twists.

Dusty Delivery Man /SWAT/ The Resistance!
After finishing the first episode I could not help but wonder if this had anything more to offer than dust and Kim Woo Bin. And while it did have so much dust I almost felt like taking a shower after watching it. Kim Woo Bin did not disappoint and was indeed pretty present throughout the show. The drama did indeed offer some more dust, fights, blood, evil, political stuff ( that where not very far fetched from things past and present). There was a hint of Hunger Games, some Holocaust, a dash of the Matrix some more dust...and the odd yet beautiful combination of delivery man/SWAT team making me feel just a little more appreciation towards the people out there who deliver stuff to our doors! Fighting!While some twists where more interesting than others, there where not a lot of surprises. However they had a good flow, and though the pace was fast at times I do feel that we got some pretty decent closure. the drama is short and a very easy binge that you can easily finish in an afternoon. Just make sure you have time to shower afterwards.

Alhambra, our love is mr Yoo
This drama has one of the strongest first episodes in all of dramaland. Confusing (in a good way), packed with action and even a bit of humour. A good priview of what is to come as the time line in this is pretty messed upp just like the characters in it.I have seen Hyun Bin in several dramas (Crash Landing on You was my first (K- drama). But I didn't really understand the hype ablut this guy until it finally hit me during this re-watch that this guy can deliver both action, kisses, voulnarabilaty and toast in a flawless manour. Seriously is there anything hotter than a guy who one moment fights ogmff terrorists, the next stands in a kitchen making toast?
His character is cold, raw, bad ass, a complete mess, honest to the point of laughter and just all round lovely.
Park Shin Hye masters the art of crying in this drama as she sheds every single type of tear possible. Loud, quiet, emotional mess, composed. Her character is also caring and has great chemistry with mr Yoo too. The romance lover within me would have wanted to see more moments between the two, but you that would probably come at the coast of the action and twists, which would have been a shame. So even if this indeed is a romance drama with great kisses and chemistry. It is not a drama you watch for the romance even if the OST keeps singing " My Love is Yoooooooo".
The villain*s in this are pure evil, well written and will indeed make you hope they get what they deserve.
The side characters will sometimes annoy you, other times they will break your heart. Each character has a purpose, so stay alert! Also, keep your eye out for Lee Jae Wook who has a tiney but important role in this.
Deffenetly a drama I recommend, to most.

Midnight Gore + A little Bit of Everything Supernatural
As I watched through the Vally of the Shadow of Hotel Del Luna, I took a look at the screen and realised there is a lot of gore.. The next episode took me in to the X-files and then I am not really sure where the twists and turns took me but somehow I wounded up in a gory cult, dogma, mixed with time travel, parallel universes, mixed with everything all at once,..So basically this is a drama that manages to fit in a lot, and by a lot I mean a lot making me feel all confused inside as well as sick to my stomach.... As I am not really good with blood, crunchy moths and what not... There is a los a lot of beautiful people, beautiful skys, beautiful buildings... Some covered in blood, black shadows and mostly medicare CGI... But some pretty impressive acting and for those who enjoy colorful stars and skys there is a lot of beauty in the black mist.
There are some interesting and thought provoking lines here and there, some lovely friendships, some not so lovely friendships as well as a lot of disturbing takes on family and love...
Do I recommend this?
I do not know, it is not a drama for everyone so prepare yourself to be disgusted, you may also want to prepare yourself for some confusion, lack of logic (I am pretty sure that is part of the point) and other stuff... And you will be rewarded with some more confusion, a combination you have probably not seen before and you may even get to see some fluff (very little, but it is there).
You will also be rewarded with a whole lot of stars, both i the sky as well as GMM one so for the GMM fans out there, you will most probably see at least one of your favourite actor/esses as this drama is packed with cameo appearances .

A Cliche Medley Done Right
A perfect afternoon binge with all the right cliches that will give you all the feels... Or something like thatThis is one of those short dramas that doesn't really bring anything new to the table but samples and mixes a whole lot of good stuff and makes some kind of fusion, madly deal out of it. Single father, kid with cancer, first love meet again, fan-behaviour, evil reporters, betrayal, sucky parenting, misunderstandings ... Things we have seen done pretty much the same way as here but in a bunch of dramas. This one just puts them together in to one. And well I love it, I really do.
This is also a story about gossip, those who spread it, those affected by it and those who try to fight it...That part was less fun, I also found some of the scenes a bit cringey as I really hate it when people in the present are filmed talking to younger versions of themselves or loved ones. Connect to the past by flashback all you want but once you start mixing them it becomes just to much.
However the overall feel to this was good, I found myself smiling a lot and thinking ooooh how cute so I decided to forgive all the wrongdoings and go with it.
So if you like the above mentioned cliches you will love this if you do not then you know what to do
P.s I especially love how they show the kids in the hospital as kids with idols, dreams, fears... And not just as representatives of their illnesses
