I only watched her in The Wolf and I think she was dubbed there. But she does have a very nice voice, thank you for clarifying it. I knew XZ's voice, LOL, LRL's voice is good, too.

And you know. Just sayin'. In that scene when she asks him to look up and recognizes ADG's malice, they flash back to ADG flouncing on that roof and the dead-tone-robot voice says: I'm gonna kill all immoral sex so that no more immorals exist.

(I know he doesn't say THAT but LOL that's what I'm hearing). ADG, killing immoral sex from DAY ONE. NOW you get it why all of them almost died virgins?! :D

The best scene of the series, IMHO, when she asks him to look at her and imagine himself strangling her. THAT scene made me survive all the pain that followed.

But she says, in dub... TEN TYE (or TIE, but let's assume TYE LOL) Jin... OMG this is so bad, impossibly bad. I can't even.

I mean it was nostalgic to me because I grew up in a country behind the Iron Curtain in Europe. There's a similar feeling to how the first ep resonates with me. We had a dictatorship too, and actually the 80s were hell for the older generations (political purges, too, also rationed food, special classes on patriotism etc) - but my generation, we were kids, the world was WAY simpler and I loved the winters and a childhood free of all cares (parents wouldn't involve us in anything to mar it). That feeling is - life does go on, in the middle of horror, often unaware of it.

So yeah, it's all in the context.

I went and watched my favourite scene... Ten-Tye Jin?! For REAL? TEN TYE JIN?! OMG LOL the nanny's club girly girl voice saying ~If I killt him (that's how it sounds to me, LOL), would I stop the Devil God's Advent. And 4 continents and 3 realms.~ As if, HEY I HAVE a GREAT IDEA!! LEt's NOT kill this guy because hey, like, he's CUTE. Hehe.

OMG. I'm facepalming so hard I might get bruises. This is painful. Hillariously painful LOL.

I hope they don't go on with it. Unless they mean it as a parody.

This sounds like the adopted and asocial kids of T2 and ChatGPT started narrating a romance to each other.

"Imagine you strangled somebody." Small pause. Flat delivery, no emotions involved: "Imagine it's me".
TTJ raises those eyes to her. She says. "It's him" (like, yeah, this is my grocery list.)

And there are people in YT praising this because they finally dubbed a series?

STOP, just STOP.

Imagine when they get to the passionate fights between TTJ and YXW.

TTJ (tone-dead robot): YXW, you BETRAYED me. Explain yourself.
YXW (tone-dead robot): TTJ, you killed my father, prepare to die. (oh wait that's another movie LOL)

I mean... this TOTALLY justifies the All-In-Distress-Way. Wouldn't you have done the same?! The horror... the horror! LOL

What, never heard a tone-dead AI replicated voice say My Lord, My Lord repeatedly and then immediately (vocally and still tone-dead) point at the only thing in front of them with a helpful "MyL0Rd, HeRe'S The ... sEct!"

Edit I had to go wash the bad dub from my memory. All hail voice actors and LYX's real voice! Yup, confirming, still shivers.

First ep impression - this hits me with nostalgia. That 80s feeling (beginning of the 80s). Despite the constant nuclear scare and the Cold War, we were so innocent. And all the men in my family had that same kind of flappy-eared fake-fur hat, LOL, we used to have real winters then (no ice rink though, we made the streets into skating slides LOL).

I don't know where this story is going, I can see about three romantic relationships being set up already, and I did watch the op and ed (which as always contain spoilers to some scenes) so I know there's going to be some drama in it.

But despite the implied propaganda, it does feel pretty fresh. I like how it started and I feel like continuing :D

PS I don't know if the voices are dubbed, but XiaoMei's voice is sooo nice and soothing. Also Liu RuiLin looks like Peter Wingfield (who played Methos in Highlander the Series :D)

I don't remember the exact episode, but it's very fast, almost immediately after the surgery. In the first ten eps at most.

I don't like horror myself. This is an easy watch, though there might be some scenes that look like gore (they're basically not that extreme at all). And the rest of the story makes up for the few a bit scary moments - which tend to be immediately soothed with some hilarious situations, LOL.

Do watch it, it's amazing!

Just very short flashbacks. It's not a very complicated conflict of the past, just misscomunication.

It's a genetic problem, the son gets surgery and is fine, and the rest of the drama shows him as happy and active (they don't dwell much on how the problem advances or not. So it's implied he's basically steadily healthy.)

The end is a HE.

But I want the themes they used in the final eps (like the one of the demon wedding procession, which was amazing) and those aren't available anywhere yet. I've been re-watching the eps just for that music, LOL.

I think Pian Ran warned her about Ji Ze, didn't she? That there's a god remnant in there, or at least some powerful demons.

I seriously need to rewatch the few girls-only parts in the first eps. I've been mesmerised by hostage prince and keep replaying the same bits LOL

There's still only the official release songs they already published, and the 22-part BGM. But some of the best and epic BGMs are still missing T_T
