Ignore the ratings here. A lot of Xiao Zhan antis gave it a 1 star rating and then gave each episode 1 star, even those that haven't been aired. So even if someone gives a 10, that is an average of 5. By the time drama ends it will probably be above 8 but it doesn't mean anything because of their sabotage. Just enjoy the drama, that's all we can do and don't forget to rate all the episodes in the end too.

There is a lot of internal conflict in Tencent and that is connected to which drama "belongs" to which group within TC. The current group that is stronger isn't connected to TLP so any achievement will not go to them. Certain dramas that will follow do belong to them. When the heat exploded that first day it became clear that this will be an explosive drama and that's a problem. Then we got this. A "bug" first then a "feature". There is nothing anyone can do here. If you're a XZ fan just be thankful this is his last TC independent production.

No problem, I wish I could have better news. If it is any consolation actually other data (except Douyin that is also partially blocked because of its fight with TC) is rising properly (Tencent can't suppress this because outside sources have their own), most importantly the number of views. It's a good drama.

I really feel bad for the whole crew, including XZ because while he is dingliu he still can't rest on his laurels. If we calculate backwards from the data we do have, the old TC heat would have broken 29000 by now with only a third of the broadcast being done. It would have been huge and important for everyone who worked on it. I am so glad XZ has no more dramas under TC control and he is finally done with them.

I am pretty down about the whole thing negl. It's not that I am not used to these things but so blatantly, right in front of our eyes says a lot about how sure they are that they can get away with this stuff and nobody can touch them.
