Haha, I'm very particular about mine, I can't stand certain things. One torturous example is the current series To All the Guys, that has to be one of the most painfully cringetastic outdated stories I've ever experienced, btwn the extremely ~problematic "LOL gay ppl are funny!!1" scenes & the 80s-flashback style "slow jazz dream" moments mocking potential ships, plus the worst of all- CARTOON SOUND EFFECTS X.X which are bad enough when used sparingly (if I hear another "tummy grumble"..) but that series ~overuses them like crazy, ALL KINDS, & in the most awkward ways.. ugh, lol. It can be very difficult to focus on any plot with those distractions! But I am a slave to my curiosity, sooo.. ;P

That's exactly how it seems to have gone down- she was about to announce the "happy news" then got a ~vision of him "cheating" & decided "well, guess that's the end of that- let's just go away.." which makes all those long 14yrs struggling as a single mom her! own! fault! (as opposed to those who ~have actually been abandoned or widowed, tsk) but then again, also it seems the more we see of their past together, DO was always the more ~invested one.. he asked her out almost 10x before she finally agreed to just go eat with him & then she doesn't even say a word all night, until he nearly kills himself just to get her to interact with him, lol wtf? It's actually even more tragic when you think about it.. amplified even worse when it's revealed that RJ liked her too (but why??), pfftt because then RJ clearly had actual ~motive to lie to DO & worsen their separation by withholding important info.. so overall, DO was ditched by his "love", betrayed by his "friend", & kept clueless about his child.. oyy. This story is so not as sweet as the opening theme implies; it's not even bittersweet, just ~bitter! -.- I'm just sticking around for ~HaNi at this point..
If anyone can elaborate on ES's accent (Busan/Satoori?) & rec any titles I've not seen yet (or point out ones I have- R94? KMHM? etc) with ~similar characters, that'd be very appreciated xD
that's my hope for every "m/f/m" love triangle ever LOL (at least when an ~OT3 is not an "option", sigh) like just waiting for the day a surprise ~straightbaiting twist happens ;P

Apparently they both died in the '70s (in their late 20s) after having spent almost 10yrs together off & on, & were reborn in the '80s, but didn't formally meet up again until now & they're both in their ~30s.
The old lady is now in her 60s/70s, the age that their '70s selves wd also be if they hadn't died so young back then.

Why view YW as a some kind of sex-covetor? He's never said a single thing about nor seriously acted as if he's wanting to "sleep" with AJ.. for all you kno, he could also be ~ace, because ace ppl can fall in love too, even tho it often leads to rejection anyways.. it still happens. <3

Good to know, just in case I ever get interested in that one xD I'm currently watching My Fellow Citizens & it's actually using its misunderstandings in a clever & unique way to an extremely ~entertaining comedic effect in various situations ;P (as opposed to the typically overly angsty &/or just stupid unfunny ways) I guess as a fan of ~90s-00s US sitcoms, ~fun mixups are my favorite type!

Yeah, for me, it's ~simultaneously frustrating due to all the stupidity & cliches ~&& also somewhat fun because of all the ~cuteness too, lol. If I was in my ~30s & had a rich parent trying to ~force me to either move home or "agree" to an arranged marriage, I'd be upset with them too.. & maybe it's just me, but if that parent actually ~bought my workplace && all of the rentable local apts just to try & get me to go where ~they want me to? Honestly, they'd be ~lucky if I was staying in that same city & not taking off for another place to get as far away from their control as possible. That seems a bit much for anyone to handle.
