Oops, i forgot about SAHPH. But its not so clear cut and evident in other dramas. In FIYS he was basically just training. There might be mention of him being a student, but if i remember correctly, we never see him actually going to college or study.
Oh My God! For those of us who've read the novel, looks like the makers have done a pretty good job. From whatever clips that have been released so far, I can say that they've closely followed the novel (except the college plotline, which is the classic chinese trope, and I'm totally okay with that). (Also I think this would be the first time we'll be seeing Kai as a college student in a modern setting drama)

Its been more than a year since ive read the book. Can't say for sure but something like 2/3/4 months. It wasn't a major chunk. Han Ting approaches her 1st , to which she declines. ..... . . And then Spoilers ahead 🚨🚨🚨 . . . A business rival something poses a threat to Ji Xing, kind of... He tried to hurt her and Han Ting intercepted. They both end up realizing how much they love each other & get back together.
. . . . . It was a break up partly due to business conflict (due to their difference in opinion regarding XingChen's future). But they sort it out later, once they realise their love for each other.
For a beginner to CDramas, this can be cute and watchable. But, truth be told, its got substance only upto episode seven. I'm dropping this, after having watched episode 8 . It makes absolutely no sense that a doctor would agree to get into matrimony with a man only to treat a single child. The reason the child doesnt talk being PTSD, I dont quite understand what was the reson for them to pretend to be husband and wife. It has absolutely no connection. Just because a child asks for something however stupid that might be.. Its irrational to just go on fulfilling. If the ML had developed crush on the FL and then asked to marry her, that would've still made some sense but, they both dont like each other, even then chose to get into a contract marriage.. That's simply Crazy.
Brother....lets not take trash like Nun 2 and call it Hollywood horror...there have been various better hollywood…

I myself have watched a LOT of horror movies (from Hollywood) .Most of them were really good , but the nun 2 is last on that list . I get your point, my comparison was not in terms of US vs South korean horror movies, but --> The nun 2 vs. Exhuma. Different people Different opinions, You didn't like it, I like it & That's okay.
Better than the Hollywood horror 'The nun (2)' 1st ever korean occult movie I saw, absolutely loved it . The subtitles sucked, would love to watch it again to understand better.
For people who love horror movies, this one's really good. You've got to watch this. 9.5/10 for me .

On a serious note maybe it was Huan, who probably wanted to get married after her mother gets cured. As for Zhiming, he was always ready for it. 😂
