This should be good, the actress is amazing, the actor has a lot of potential and showed some very good acting, also.

I don't get the fights about ratings, that doesn't mean the drama is good. Look at Flower Of Evil, rather low rating, but overall rated and viewed as one of best kdramas/Korean thrillers.
