Well, it's not a romance (at least not mainly), so I don't think it would be impossible. But I don't think it would make sense. And for it to make sense, is way more important than a shocking twist.

It's not seperate, just main doctors are changed, but they are mentioned and based on ending of episode 4, there will be important throwbacks to season 1...
