Some of you are really finding plot holes and flaws, even if they're not (not more, than majority of dramas). I have no problem with the drama and the second season.

For the 8 years, in Korea (as they use Korean age), she should start school, so it makes sense to me. As for the single mothers, maybe they went to some center for single and struggling pregnant women etc. and Do Gi maybe let him beat up, because of the children - he hesitated to keep them safe.
